Whenever I have to call customer support, there is never a long wait, the support staff is very knowledgable and friendly. There has not been one time that I have called with a concern or issue and they have not been able to resolve it while I was on the phone.

The software gives me excellent information about how our fleet is performing. I would like to see more reporting options though. The times I have needed customer service, I have been promptly attended to, and my issues resolved.

The software is very reliable and the custom alerts I can set up are very helpful.

Titan has been a valuable service for us. We find it very user friendly and accurate for figuring out all of our billing for trucking and is a great resource to have to rectify any disputes with charges to the customer. Not only useful for invoicing, it is a great tool for locating our fleet and as a safety resource for any breakdowns or lost trucks.

They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all topics that I needed to discuss. It was a technical assistance question with the reports and alerts within the system.

This a great tool which enables me to manage my crew to provide better customer service.

Also, being able to use the breadcrumb option is great along with the truck warnings, hard cornering, acceleration/deceleration, etc.

The simplicity of the system really helps everyone maximise the use of the product

Customer service & support is second to none. Much better than Verizon, we changed to Titan several years ago from Verzon.

I reached out with my concerns via email and they were all dealt with in a timely manner within the same workday.

Their billing office is horrible, I emailed them over two weeks ago and still haven't heard back from them. They keep charging PST when I have supplied my cab card to them.
The tracker is not always correct, it shows me stopped for over 1 hour when I just arrived or it shows me idling when I am not. I am the only user so it isn't about a company complaining it is just facts on how I use it.

Customer service has been the best of any company I have ever dealt with. The Titan GPS team is second to none. From the initial contact with our sales team, Jake Keeley and Jeremy Fahler, to the techs who always answer the phone every time you call and really answer your questions so you don't have to keep calling back. They are polite and knowledgeable. So thankful we switched to Titan GPS.

I signed up for Titan GPS tracking for 3 pieces of equipment. The tracking did not work due to the installation. After several attempts I requested to terminate my contract. Titan GPS because I signed a contract would not let me end it early without penalizing me or making me pay the entire amount for tracking equipment that did not work. Buyer beware. This company does not right there wrongs and have no problem with charging you for tracking equipment that does not work.

Titan GPS responded to this review stating they have several similar names. I know this is not the case because I spoke with there customer service yesterday 3-10-2026 and they let me know my account is deactivated but will still charge me for April and May my final contractual invoices. Please, if you are considering tracking solutions from this company reconsider.
