Twice ordered and recd

Absolute scam, sent me a lens cleaning kit instead of what I ordered. The packaging and weight was similar and that is how they were able to scam.

This store is a genuine store that i trust

Ordered from Vape Store Pro and had a very poor experience.

The order was supposed to arrive within 2–3 days but was delayed for almost a week. I repeatedly received messages saying delivery was attempted while I was unavailable, despite being at home. Later, the order was even marked as delivered when I had still not received it.

I tried contacting the delivery partner multiple times and received no response. Because the tracking incorrectly showed delivery and there was no support, I had no option but to purchase another product elsewhere.

The package eventually arrived much later and remains completely unopened. I contacted Vape Store Pro through email, Instagram, and calls requesting a refund, FOR MULTIPLE WEEKS, but received no response.

I have screenshots, delivery records, and proof of communication attempts. Posting this review so others are aware of my experience.

Do not buy from TVS Pro. In my experience, the products are very poor quality and did not perform anywhere close to what was advertised. My vape performance dropped extremely fast and started giving burnt taste within a very short time.

After facing this issue, I checked other customer reviews and found many people reporting similar complaints about product quality and poor customer support. The responses from support were not helpful and did not properly resolve the issue.

This website gave me a very bad experience overall, and I would strongly suggest buyers avoid taking risks here, especially for expensive orders. There are too many complaints and quality issues being reported by customers.
