The worst company I have ever dealt with…I feel they are a scam company and refuse to do anything about their deceptive ordering techniques. It went from shipping of 19.99 which I was ok with by the time it was over with I had to pay $66.00….said they couldn’t do anything already shipped when I tried to cancel said that wasn’t possible…BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

These pupperly items are shipped from Mogilany ,Poland and they took very long to arrive. Also The upgraded more expensive pillows for pets never arrived to me so that’s like 2 very smaller item pillows costing me Seventy-Two dollars that I could make myself for Five dollars easily ! There were 2 electronic funds transfers made on my payment cards too ! I was not expecting on my payment method! Check these reviews ! Didn’t get what I paid for ! Be Aware ! Felt taken by this Pupperly Company. Buyers Beware! The upgrades were never sent from Poland is with expensive shipping costs!

The product is very small, exactly for a tiny dog or small puppy. It is very flimsy and not well filled. It is of very cheap quality. The ads are very deceiving. My only option was to pay special shipping, which took so long I forgot I had ordered it. The "upgrade" was a joke. I did receive the 2nd piece though. This is in no way free! I received two charges; $19.99 USD and $6.99 USD. I would not have even paid $6.99 for one piece if it were represented by true product pictures. It's a super scam, and the email tries to pull on your heartstrings that you are helping another dog in need so you don't ask to return it. 0% satisfied with this product. Asked for a return at the company's expense but I doubt I will get one.

I ordered 2 pillows for my small. Dogs.they upgraded my order without my consent charged me 44.98 got2 pillows which my dogs don't use the upgraded pillow is missing try to reach them but no success

Should have read the other reviews before I purchased but I was a victim of their bate and switch activity. Reported them to Chase as fraudsters. Not worth the time and NOTHING IS FREE even if that site proclaims that. Stay away from this vendor!

Same as everyone else. A complete scam. Do Not fall for the bait of a free anxiety dog pillow where you just pay for shipping! This is a dishonest company. They slide in a second larger charge for another pillow as soon as they get your credit card, and then immediately claim it’s too late to cancel the transaction.
Call your credit card company and dispute the transaction as a scam.
Furthermore the few who ever actually gotten a pillow say it is worthless garbage. Lesson learned is always check this site to see reviews before buying.
Update: the company sent word to me that they are sorry for my inconvenience and will issue a full refund. I hope they follow through.

So, you see an ad for this amazing FREE pillow....then you pay $13 for shipping. You receive something worth may a dollar at the dollar store!!

Oh my gosh!! The expectation for these pillows was very high. A way to help your dog calm down during stressful times! I nearly died when I received these pillows!!! I ordered 3...yes THREE!! When I opened them I couldn't speak!! They are flimsy, cheaply made and look more like a tug toy than a helpful item for a stressful dog. The company said I could return them, but I had to pay shipping cost to CHINA,!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! TOTAL SCAMMERS!! LESSON LEARNED!!! Just because it us on the internet dies NOT MAKE UT TRUE!!!!!

The pillow is tiny, flat, poorly made. The size is extremely small and will do nothing for the dog. The packaging was terrible - it looked like it was shoved in a used packaged ripped and wrapped in packing tape. I am extremely disappointed.

This company is a rip off. I paid $43 for a tiny little pillow. That’s probably worth five dollars did nothing for my dogs. They don’t even pay attention to it. It was upgraded by accident so I paid all this money thinking that it would be a decent size when it was not very disappointed.

If I had my way 1 star is to good they are a crappy company please don't buy from them. I got a tiny yellow pillow in which my tiny under 13lb puppy trashed in the first 10 minutes We had it. I paid 9.99,11.99,24.99,and 12.99.mistrey box is electronically ok where the
hail is it my dog doesn't have a cell phone..Just don't buy from them they are crocks !!!!!!!!!!!

Please do not waste your money. My pillows showed up cheaply made, stuffing sticking out of it, no good smell or even good amount of stuffing. Calming is BS! My dog starred whipping it around in seconds. Everytime I even try giving it to her she thinks she has to, "tear it up!" Nothing special about this pillow! RIPOFF!

I paid over $37.00 and never received my package and when I emailed them they never emailed me back

I ordered a “free” pet pillow ($11.99 shipping) from these SCAMMERS), which they “upgraded” to a premium pillow for $24.99 more. So, for a charge of close to $40, I received the cheapest, flimsiest piece of crap you’d ever hope to see. My dog tore it to ribbons in 10 minutes, which I was actually glad to see, as I don’t appreciate being SCAMMED.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISGUSTING CHEATS.

This company is a ripoff! Ordered one calming pillow. $12.99 Shipping then they claimed I upgraded and charged another $24.99. Within 15 minutes, I tried to cancel but was told it was already shipped. Now received the pillow. If this is an upgrade, I would hate to see the free one. It looks worse than a dollar store toy. Tried to get refund, they want me to send to China but package came out of CA. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! TOTAL SCAM

So they CLAIM you only pay for shipping, so I got TWO. They charged me 24.99 and 19.99. I filed a dispute with my bank. I sent them an email the second they charged me, tried to call … can’t. Posted on their site… not a word back.

Expensive lessons learned!!

Do not buy from these people. They add on charges will not cancel even though it was done within minutes of the purchase .you can not call them and I see why and you can get a better pillow foe 1/2 the price on Amazon. They did respond with NO intention of canceling. Be aware.

I ordered two "free" calming pillows for my dogs. They arrived faster than I expected but what a piece of junk. They are the size of a toy and they are very light weight. I was charged around 15.00 per pillow shipping. That would have been okay if the pillows were the size that they appeared in the photos. This pillow will fit in my sock and I am a woman's size 7 shoe. Total crap and another company being allowed to sell through Facebook without and due diligence.
