What a dreadful company! Call yourselves professionals?! Steptoe and son would have delivered better! Who on this planet are you and why are you still in business?! Not received product, not able to communicate with you, and can’t trace your whereabouts whatsoever! I think you should start considering shutting your company down before you get shut down! Just my advice. Absolutely abysmal service!!!!!! Arrrrgggghhhhh!!!!!!

I ordered a PetJet Mini on 31st July.
Its now 21st August and not even received a tracking number.
I've chased them up several times but only get apologetic emails but no action.
Luckily I paid using my credit card, so I will get them involved to get a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PETJET - TOTALLY UNRELIABLE

What a weird experience. Placed the order because they were offering a 'sale' (which would suggest they wanted to increase orders). Heard nothing from them other than generic marketing (which I didn't ask for). after a few weeks I emailed 3 x to ask what's going on, get no response. Then I threaten to get my credit company to secure a refund, and randomly the extra hose bits I ordered turn up (obviously useless without the main kit). Then a bit longer goes by and I send another email, so some dog perfume shows up (?!) - which goes straight in the bin because my dog has sensitive skin. Then after another few weeks I start the refund process with my credit card and magically the main box turns up on a 48-hr tracked service.

So moral of the story is, don't bother waiting - send a couple emails for them to ignore, then seek a refund through your credit card to ensure a quick shopping/shipping process!

Ordered the shower mini over 2 weeks ago. Still not received anything despite raising this to them via their website with no response. I have also sent them 2 emails again no response. I then messaged them on Instagram in which I did receive a response where they asked me for my order number so they could look into it, however no response again after I sent it.
As it’s been 2 weeks since I ordered the product and their website states delivery in 5-7 days including international orders I am starting to think it’s a scam.

Communication very poor. Even if the product was to arrive, i really hope there is no issues with it as I can’t imagine their after sales communication will be any better.

Ordered July 26th and still not arrived even though website claims in stock and available for delivery in 1 week. Still sitting im China more than 3 weeks on. Asked for refund twice and told not possible as order is being processed with courier 😅.
Being told same thing each week "due to unprecedented demand there is a slight blah blah, delivery will be next week".
Review on petjet website was not published so looks like all good reviews are from people that were gifted the products.
Save yourself the hassle and get a mud daddy.

I have been waiting since the 8th of July for my product PetJet. There was nothing on the site saying stock issues and would be delivered in 3-5 business days. I have had a couple emails from the company stating its at their warehouse and on the way but still waiting. Said in a recent email, they will send a tracking link in a couple days, been over a week now. Would not recommend.

Would leave a -5 if was possible. Ordered a shower and fixings kit. Didn’t receive. Constantly received emails trying to sell additional items “before” posting my order. After weeks waiting and numerous requests to cancel my order and have a refund I have had absolutely no response!! Steer well clear!!

update ordered13/07 finally turned up today with no warning may be replying to sales emails asking where it was helped product is very good service is crapp

Ordered mid July. Still not here. And they're saying next week !!!! Don't bother

weeks after ordering a shower unit there is no sign of delivery, communication is poor at best, with the same excuse being given as to why the unit hasn't arrived.

Appalling, ordered on 5th July they advised on 13th it was being dispatched and I would get tracking details. I emailed them up multiple times. On 28th July they provided tracking details. Tracking still shows courier has not yet received item. I asked for a refund , no reply. Had to claim a charge back with my bank. They then asked me to cancel this and they would refund me. I don’t believe them , the charge back remains

No delivery, waiting 3 plus weeks now. Regretting not spending the extra and getting from rival company Mud Daddy.
Disappointed will not be buying from again, nor recommending to anyone at the dogs club.

Abysmal company, delivery took closer to a month, at least they responded to some of my emails and reimbursed shipping. The product when it arrived was encased in bubble wrap inside a bag, no box, no installation manual (yes I know there's a YouTube video), a plumber installed the Homewall petjet product, the product is very flawed, it works, but not well enough, the temperature control is by a manually adjusted control but despite our best efforts it goes from cold to hot without any granular control. Tried emailing the company and email server reported unable to deliver my email as their server not accepting emails. This is exactly what other users have experienced, very bad almost non existent support, when they did reply it was very delayed. Appalling company, yes they eventually delivered a product so not a scam but honestly they are just a horrible company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they deserve ZERO stars. You have been warned.

THIS IS A SCAM. Claim to be Australian made and distributed on website. They have no ABN, no contact phone and no mailing address. I have been waiting weeks for my order and have emailed several times with no reply. I have just read previous experiences with the same issue I am facing from this seller.
I have reported to Scam watch and with my banking institution.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this seller.

I have been waiting over a month for my order and have experienced poor communication and misleading information throughout the process.

Unfortunately, this situation appears to be a scam. The seller has stated that they do not have the item in stock and has blamed delays on being a small business located on a remote farm, claiming they are dealing with a high number of orders.

Given the lack of transparency, poor communication, and continued delays, I believe this matter is not being reported to Action Fraud for investigation.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this seller.

Almost a month no product, I want a full refund. Communication only happens when I ask, no tracking, no updates. Still no product. I feel like it's a scam 😮😔😭

We ordered a Pet Jet for use with our new puppy. We were lucky the weather has been so dry we've got away without needing it as it took rather a long time to arrive. However, now we have it, it is robust and a great addition to our doggie tool kit.

Faster delivery time. Waited for a month to arrive. Not had chance to use it yet so maybe a few extra stars afterwards.

If i could give this company 0 stars then i would. Do not buy from them. Say they ship from there farm in Cheshire is a lie.

I placed an order 11 July 2026. I have had no update, and no product even after multiple emails to the company to which they have not replied.
Non-existent customer service. Awful company. Scam, steer clear.
