For example, recently I ordered on a Thursday afternoon (around 3); it arrived on Monday (shortly after noon), securely packaged. As for for quality, consider their ErJingTiao dried peppers. First of all, good luck finding them in a store around here. Second, any dried pepper you find are liable to be over-dried and brittle. These are pliable and fragrant. They really ratchet your Gong Bao chicken up a notch or two, in combination with authentic PiXian bean paste.

Loved my experience purchasing from The Mala Market and the products I received. For one, I had to make a quick change to my order and Taylor, the customer service person I was emailing with, immediately made the change for me. I also received my products quicker than I expected. They provided an informative 'tips and tricks' card in with the packaging, which as someone new to Sichuan cooking, I found helpful.
