Avoid at all costs! Dreadful service. Poor communication. Website not advertised anywhere.

Initially this company seemed perfectly businesslike and professional prior to taking my payment. Once you've paid (£260 in my case) then forget about contacting 'thelittlehousecompany'. The 'Hotline' as advertised goes straight to voicemail always. You are told "One of our operatives will return your call ASAP." I don't believe there are any operatives other than the owner operator. No point in leaving any messages as they do not believe in customer service once payment has gone thru'. Even the 'Contact Us' link on their website does not work! Not one single enquiry in 6 weeks. The provided floor plan is incomplete. The Website is confusing and difficult to navigate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It is dated from march 2013, but ThehouseShop.com has only been in business since 18/03/2015.
The review needs to be attributed the to thelittlehousecompany and not TheHouseHhop.com
This user never used the services of TheHouseshop.com for the simple reason it did not exists in 2013.
