A convenient new private GP servic in Canford Cliffs

I was able to get a GP appointment the next day. The location of the practice on Canford Cliffs highstreet is very convenien. The GP wasfriendly and helpful. I would use the centre again.

My hand was in pain. I visited Haven Medical for a diagnosis Sam Fisher was great. A few weeks later I had surgery with Mr Southgate. Really quick and efficient service. Now I am back to work fully repaired. Glad I chose this practice. Thank you to all the staff including all the nurses and receptionists involved.

Didn't give the service we paid for and what was stated on their website and email. Very disappointed and feel it was a total waste of £65. Wouldn't use again. Check when booking what you are paying for. 2 min consultation after 45 min wait and wasn't what we paid for. Just wanted us to book another appointment for £250 for them to tell us the same thing that had booked and paid for with the first person. Terrible waste of money.

The service was excellent, receptionist was welcoming. Neurology doctor, Sam, was kind, reassuring and thorough. Very good experience.

I cannot tell you how lovely it is to attend such a warm and comfortable environment especially when dealing with health issues. Mrs Heathcote is so kind and explains everything so well - also I was given an appointment almost immediately - thank you so much
