Terrible customer service, possible scam

Never received the first order that says left at front door. Quickly reordered so I would get tests in time instead of waiting for investigation into missing delivery. Emailed company several times about this and asked if new order could be shipped faster but they instead of answering within their standard 24 hours, they waited days until my new order was shipped to reply and say nothing could be done now. They outright lied and I’m out the money for the first tests and they could care less. Buy your rapid tests elsewhere!!! Terrible customer service.
