Terreta helps not only to save time but also money. The service has a cost of course, but so does the time saved, the speed at which you get your flat bought and renovated, the facilitated contacts with construction companies, etc.
All in all it's a great deal if you didn't plan to do everything yourself anyways and if you want to save time for other things.

The purchase process was quite challenging due to issues with the seller’s side. Despite this, the Terreta team was always professional, responsive, and committed to helping us move forward. We faced many difficulties in obtaining information and documents because of the seller’s agency, which was unfortunately very unprofessional.
