I placed an order for a toilet seat in December for £89.60 to replace a broken toilet seat. Order confirmed and debited, no delivery and company have not replied to my emails and their phone says not accepting calls at present, now February. Will contact credit card company next to recover funds but very time consuming to resolve and terrible service

Ordered a Toilet seat and after a month I still not had the product so tried phoning them but there lines were down for more than a week so tried emailing them 2 times with no reply 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
Not ideal you can't get a hold oh them.

Something is wrong with the company - made an order - never received a confirmation email but they did take the money and I never received the product. Every attempt at contact has received no response - do not buy from them - I’m still in dispute with my bank trying to get a refund for an item I’ve never received

Order placed on 25th Dec, now 31st Jan and despite numerous emails no order and no response. Avoid at all cost

Scammers - BEWARE. Ordered a tap from this company in December 2025. No answers to my email or telephone enquiries asking when I am likely to receive the item. In the end I cancelled the item (before having received any dispatch information from them). It is now the end of January and I have still not received a refund from them and no communication from them at all. I have now asked my bank to intervene and carry out a 'Chargeback'.

Stay well clear - you have been warned.

Purchased 2 months ago, nothing delivered, nothing communicated. Contacted for a refund, no response. Now having to go through my bank to try and recover the £500+. Don’t use, complete scam.

BEWARE!! This is not a real company. It is a SCAM! Ordered a control nearly 2 months ago and nothing has showed up. You can't get hold of anyone to talk to, all emails are sent back just repeating what you have emailed them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I recommended looking this company up on Companies House website as the 2 existing Directors, surname SERGENT are Directors with other companies of a similar nature. Clearly do not buy from said companies.

Wow straight away felt the difference on washing my hair didn't have to use conditioner after my shampoo (I use milkshake shampoo)
Felt so luxurious over my skin, definitely 10/10 on this one.
I also use the tap 2 water filter the taste of the water in my house is now gorgeous so filtered.

Made an order for 2x Grohe toilets; no delivery within 14 days and so emailed and rang. No response. Their phone lines are down. Contacted bank to get a chargeback.

They took my money 4 weeks ago then announced voluntary liquidation 3.5 weeks later! They knew they were in trouble and still took the money.

Awful. No update on order or shipping. Cannot even get hold of them via phone or chat. Very poor customer service. Avoid them if you can.

Apparently they have cyber attack, and didn't send me items what I buy month ago but took money from account.
Landline is dead and on a emails allways same answer (DDoS) cyber attack that affected parts of our platform.
Looks the tap'n' shower is a fraud, so do not buy anything from them if don't want to loose money.

I ordered a JTP product through TapnShower over two months ago, and unfortunately I still haven’t received it. Throughout this time, TapnShower have repeatedly blamed the manufacturer (JTP), first saying the valve was damaged, then later claiming it was lost in transit. Despite all these explanations, I’ve had no product, no replacement, and no meaningful progress.

What’s been most frustrating is the lack of ownership or urgency from TapnShower. As the retailer, I expected them to manage the issue and ensure I received what I paid for, but instead I’ve been left waiting with no clear resolution.

I can’t comment on the quality of the JTP product itself because it never arrived, but based on my experience with TapnShower’s handling of this order, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from them again

Tap 'N' Shower UK Ltd (10113299) is a fraudulent operation. A vapourware company that has taken over £1million in orders but has supplied no goods, it seems.

Apparently only fictitious (non-real) directors registered with Companies House. Money syphoned off by unknown fraudsters through two separate companies which own all the stock for Tap 'N' Shower UK Ltd..

Those two stock-holding corporate vehicles used to launder the proceeds of this organised crime fraud operation are Empire Housing Solutions Ltd and H.A.C. Pipeline Supplies Ltd [placed in administration in Feb 2025]

ActionFraud are aware. The noose is tightening on the suspects....

Poor experience - payment taken no goods delivered. I ordered a towel rail on 5th Dec and they took the money on 8th Dec but when I asked for an update on 19th Dec they sent a generic e-mail to say they'd been subject to a DNS cyber attack and were working through the backlog. I chased for an update on 12th and 13th Jan through multiple channels (their live chat - no answer, their phone line - a message to say it was out of order, their Instagram - no reply). Either the company is a scam or they really have suffered a cyber attack, but have handled customer communication incredibly poorly (and it seems to be taking a suspiciously long time to sort it out). I've asked for a refund via Paypal (as that's how I paid). I would avoid ordering from this company - I certainly won't do so again.

Placed an Order back In October.
Tried multiple times to get updates on delivery and then to cancel delivery and receive a refund.
The only contact i have had back is a message saying 'their communications are down' every so often.Now been 3 months so please issue refund Tapnshower!!

Like all other recent reviews, they havent delivered or responded to emails so we are having to get a refund via our card.

I have big concerns about this company. I ordered a toilet seat on 30 December 2025 but have been unable to make any contact or get any information about the order. So I can't even get a refund? I've tried email, phone ('technical difficulties') and chat (no response). It feels like it's either going bust, or this is a scam?
