The product shown on the website was…
The product shown on the website was not the one I believed I was purchasing. It was actually an older version that is being phased out and replaced by an upgraded product.
After contacting the vet, they were extremely helpful and looked into my query. They explained that the product I had intended to buy has now been replaced by an upgraded version, which they assured me will be just as effective as the original. I was happy with that explanation.
It would be helpful if the website were updated to reflect this change so customers know they are purchasing the new product

Vet Tape to the Rescue!
We ordered some Vet Tape for our wee Whippet, we expected a couple of days before they arrived but were pleasantly surprised that they turned up next day!
Add to this that they were well packaged, well priced and as described, we quickly ordered some more!
