Website has major issues after 2 years
After 2 years, I am still unable to log into my account using Google Chrome. I have to use Incognito mode. Additionally, not being able to update the billing address in my account was annoying. Please fix your site!

Easy website, great phone support
Easy website. I called and the customer service was very responsive to my questions. The shipping cost was outrageous. So I ordered a bit more to get free shipping. Maybe that was their plan. I will use Taylor Security again when needed.
