We would like to clarify that, during checkout, local pickup was selected as the delivery method for this order. There were also shipping options available to choose from if you preferred to have the order delivered, as with our other customers.
Because local pickup was selected, the order was not initially shipped. Once you contacted us and clarified that you wanted the order delivered, we arranged shipping for you, and your order will be shipped shortly.

Great after sales support
Jen made my experience with my defective Utillian 723 exchange Painless. All I had to do was to prove the device was defective by sending them a video of my defective device. Once they received the video, Jen sent me a replacement. I appreciate your effort Jen! I have bought multiple devices from TVape and will continue to purchase from them as I feel confident with their after sales support.
