Very good customer service, easy to use shop.

I bought a car two fridays ago.They took one week to give the package to post.nl and only because i called then everyday to ask otherwise maybe it would take longer.And every time i called them they say i gona delliver today and never came.And now until today i got nothing.If i knew this before i have never buy from this store.Other stores in Netherlands give the exac day when the product gona be deliver and sometimes i could even choose the day.This one no.Bad service.

Always a pleasant transaction with Toemen. The owner personally looks in to all of the orders when requested. They are fast and with all the great service they provide i keep returning to them for parts even though they are a 100km from my house. I can easily go to a shop closeby but i know they are kind and responsive. Do you need any RC parts buy it from toemen!

I was very pleased to find the XFly Hawker Hurricane model at Toemen Modelbouw, as it was not available in Germany.

The entire ordering process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was friendly and customer-oriented, shipping was fast, and the model was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The price was also very fair.

It is definitely worth visiting Toemen Modelbouw from time to time, especially if you are looking for RC models that are difficult to find elsewhere. From now on, Toemen will be one of my preferred shops for RC models.

I ordered 2 set of 2S/3S adapters but received only one set. The other set package was empty with no adapters. After contacting the team and sending a picture they send me another no problem. Excellent support! Thank you!

Everything is fine, I recommend the seller.

Overall OK, i love that they also sell used stuff, but a couple things could be improved, the worst is in comunication. What i mean by this is the language, most contacts are in dutch, it's anoying to have to translate online and all that, when it could be as simple as having a language preference in the account, and then all communications to be in that language. Or maybe go by the address in the profile and default to english for everyone on other countries. Or, send emails in english too, along with dutch.

You are not communicate with us anymore, we need the proper invoice and tax refund but after the order you are just not responding to us.

Once again, everything went as it should. Only with communication via email do some difficulties and problems arise since you are always communicating with a different person.
