Refund Time Is POOR!!
Would Not Recommend Especially if your trying to return for a refund make sure to keep ontop of them and also sign up and subscribe to them in order to receive free delivery I thought I was but apparently I’m not that’s not the issue my issue was communication is quite fast and great hence the 2* but the solution was poor I had to keep chasing and they told me wait up ton14 days they went well over that till I had to chase up for how many of times then finally got my refund but too much hassle and times I almost forgot so Yhh buying is fine but if your unsure and want refund then I wouldn’t and the product I got was way too big which were Birkenstocks. Goodluck I won’t be using them again unless I’m going into store!

Unless you are an account holder, a simple return will cost you TWICE. They DO NOT REFUND the postage for the package in either direction! They charge £4 for the return + £4 for the ORIGINAL POSTAGE of the delivery!
They have also taken literally A WHOLE MONTH to give me a PART refund.
I will never order from this company again. Be warned!!!

As stated on our returns page and return emails, if you have an account with us that was active at the time of the order and are an active subscriber to our email marketing up to and including the return period returns are completely FREE.
Customers who do not have a TOWER London account and an active subscription to our email marketing at time of placing the order and throughout the returns period will be charged £4 per return label used, This will be deducted from any refund. We also do not refund any original delivery costs on an unwanted returned order. As you do not have an account or subscription with us, £4 was deducted from your refund for use our pre-paid return label.

Great when purchasing, abysmal when returning. Have been waiting well over a week for a refund with no response from the retailer. Avoid at all costs.
It does not take small businesses more than a day or two to process refunds, but this company insist on clinging onto funds for as long as possible.
EDIT: The response below is a joke and should be ignored: 14 days passed and I heard nothing from the company. No refund or communication.

No exchange policy
Wrong size sent, no option to exchange for correct one. You have to reorder, pay again then wait for a refund for the wrong ones they they sent in error. If you don't subscribe to mailings you pay for returns. Not very helpful customer services.
UPDATE: CHANGE THAT TO TOTALLU USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICES.
They now tell me that I have to wait 14 days after they have received the return for my refund to be processed - EVEN THOUGH THEY ADMITTED IN WRITING THAT THE WRONG ONES WERE SENT DUE TO THEIR ERROR!!
First and last time I will ever purchase from them, and it makes me wonder how many of the glowing reviews are totally true
