Just like a lot of entrepreneurs or small agencies, I came to the cross road of whether or not I should apply for a trademark on my business name. I believed it was worth protecting and so I started my due diligence via Google research. I came across a few agencies that fell into my social feeds "Algorithm got me", but after researching their customer's experience on TP, I decided to back off and continue. I even had a 1:1 with a patent attorney, which would have easily ran me north of $5k after all "service fees" were complete. I knew, there has to be someone out there that checks all the boxes and isn't going to break the bank. Last minute hail-mary of a search, I came across TradeMark Express, filled out an inquiry form and Chris DeMassa called me within 24 hours. He provided all the details and full scope of how the process works and what to expect. They laid it all out there from A>Z and assured me that their team would be available if I had any questions that needed to be answered.
Everyone at TM that I encountered (Marcela T., Chris and Tyler D.), were very thorough and reached out to me when documents needed to be submitted and explained the next stages of the process to come thereafter. Costs can vary of course depending on the type of protections you are filing for, but there was not one dollar that was not disclosed to me prior to signing their agreement.
Best part is Official TradeMark registration came in yesterday from the USPTO!
TM Genius is a 5 start agency for a reason. Trust the reviews, process and just sit tight while the experts work on your behalf.
