I love the ease of checking out to the cart, and I'm able to purchase things from Japan.
What I wish would happen is that they would give an estimate for how much shipping would cost from the warehouse to the US. I spent over $250 on shipping for a $86 item. :(

Although shipping cost is a bit pricey it was a smooth transaction and logistics, and every item was packaged really nicely. I will highly recommend world shopping if you want to purchase Japanese products. Thank you guys it was very pleasant experience.

I’m not sure if I misunderstood something or missed some information, but I had no idea that, in addition to paying for shipping to the warehouse, I would also have to pay a second shipping fee for the international shipment. On the store’s website, I only saw a single "shipping cost," so this came as an unpleasant surprise. I really wish there had been a clearer explanation beforehand, or at least a pop-up or notice making this process obvious.

Second, the shipping took an incredibly long time. I understand that this is more the responsibility of the seller or shipping company than WorldShopping itself, but the repeated delays made the whole experience extremely frustrating. The estimated shipping date was originally "mid-June," then it changed to "mid-July," then I was told "mid-August," and, to my surprise, the package didn’t even arrive at the WorldShopping warehouse until early September.

On top of that, as soon as I received the notification that my package had finally reached the warehouse, I paid the international shipping immediately. The website mentioned that shipments are usually dispatched the following day, but mine wasn’t shipped until three days later. After waiting for months already, even those extra days felt disappointing.

I do appreciate the customer support team's kindness and responsiveness. However, I have to be honest: I didn’t feel reassured after contacting them because the information I received was essentially the exact same information that was already available on the website. I was hoping for more detailed updates or some additional insight into what was happening with my order.

Overall, this was my first experience using WorldShopping, and unfortunately it left me with a very negative impression. Between the unexpected extra shipping cost, the months of delays, and the lack of meaningful updates, the entire process was far more stressful than I expected. Because of this experience, I honestly don’t know if I would choose to use this service again in the future.
