Absolutely professional team…The watch was amazing in every detail!!Really good communication…

I was a bit skeptical given the amount of scams out there today but I did some reading around forums and more of a deep dive on chatGPT and WMC seemed to be trustworthy so I gave them a go. So im into watches, I have tons from midrange and high street luxury brands, casio, swatch, TW steel, omega, Tudor, Longines, but I certainly dont have the means for buying £20k Rolex’s, so I took a punt and ordered the rose gold seiko prospex. I have to say im blown away by the quality, looks and feels as good as any other watch I own, and I certainly have watches of this price that to me are not of this quality, even the weight of it in the hand, I have steel gshocks that feel like fit bits compared to this, everything just looks and feels quality. Also communication and customer service were excellent. Anyone of the fence about ordering from here, all I can say is go for it and if its anything like mine you certainly won’t be disappointed, im already planning my next purchase!

So, updating my review. The watches I ordered are very nice. You may incur import charges from the shipper if you live in the US. Their customer service explained the process and was responsive.

Fantastic quality and customer service. My GMT Pepsi with jubilee bracelet is 90% of a Rolex for $400 compared to $25,000 or more for a used Pepsi on the used market. It’s incredibly well regulated and measures every bit as good as my Rolex Daytona. Crystal clear sapphire crystal and cyclops, real ceramic bezel with excellent colors and crisp numerals, and quick adjustable bracelet. They include extra links, a watch screwdriver, cleaning cloth, and a nice zippered hard storage case.

I’m very happy with the watch I received from WatchModCustom. It looks great, came with its own zipper case, and the time and date were correctly set when I unpacked it. I highly recommend them .

First of all a well organized website. Easy to find answers of the most common questions. Then of course the top notch level of customer service. Finally, the products. Well priced and customized. Im a hobby watchmaker myself and I appreciate fine tuned details. Full and complete customer experience. Well done!

Unreal quality, so so happy with how my custom watch turned out, went for a red dial with the coke bezel on jubilee. When I want another watch I know where I am coming, customer for life.

I must admit I was a little bit wary and apprehensive about submitting an order even after checking to see if this site was legitimate.
All my worries were totally unfounded.
The watch is absolutely stunning. I am going to send a review to the site I use to check out potential scam s and give you a very positive review.
In addition, the watch actually arrived 4 days early.
I cannot find a link on their website to leave a review.

Incredibly satisfied with this store; not only was shipping quick but value for money is also really good. I ordered a Seiko VK63 movement based daytona. The videos and photos on the website were true to how the product presents in real life. My order came with a custom carry case with the companies logo on which really added to the high quality experience these are NOT fake or cheap replicas by any means. Alongside the watch there was also a microfiber cloth included for cleaning which is a nice touch. The rose gold is so polished i can see myself in it and i was impressed with the fact the knob on the side needed to be twisted and popped out in order to change the positioning of the hands typically a mechanism i have only seen on higher end pieces.

Ordering this was a punt for me ordering from the UK and I didn't expect too much.

But they responded to emails quickly. Shipping was very quick once they had made the watch.

There is, of course no point comparing it to a Rolex which is nearly 100 times the cost, But for the money it is a great looking watch and so far is keeping time incredibly well (no time gained or lost in the first 8 hours anyway).

I will be ordering another one but don't tell the wife (😉).

I found this mod to be of great quality. Fit and finish perfect. My first watch was a Seiko in 1976 and I have a beautiful Grand Seiko and others; I will enjoy this one.

I purchased the Watch Mod Master/Blue with the Premium Roter X1. I could not be any happier with this chose. The watch is well made, pleasing to the eye and also very comfortable to wear. The customer service personnel returned my Email in a timely manner. The only problem I have is that when the watch got to New York, I began to think that the U.S. Postal Service had reverted back to pony Express and were using dead horses. *Not the fault of Mod Watch Customes* I have already ordered another watch that is how happy I am with the one I have not taken off since it arrived.
