I have been using VisualCV for years and love the interface and the ease of creating a polished resume.

I have been promoting VisualCV as an affiliate and they have paid me successfully in the past, which is why I continued working with them. However, recently a large number of my commissions were suddenly marked as “fraudulent” and removed without any clear explanation.

What makes this situation even more questionable is that some of these same users are still actively renewing their subscriptions and generating revenue for VisualCV. If these customers were truly fraudulent, why are their subscriptions still active and being renewed?

I contacted support multiple times asking for clarification and evidence regarding these “fraudulent” leads, but they completely stopped responding.

As an affiliate, transparency matters. If commissions are rejected, there should be proper proof and communication instead of ignoring partners after benefiting from their traffic and customers.

Very disappointed with how this was handled.

I really like the usability of the solution and how fast it can be to create a professional CV. Even the support reacts really fast. 👌🏼

This is one of the best resume builders with multiple templates best suited for different domains and roles. I would like to call out few things like
1. Import feature from an existing resume works amazing 2. The various templates are super easy to adapt
3. AI integrated features as a new addition is superb in compiling the right message with the correct length and tone

I’ve been a VisualCV user since 2016. Support quickly fixed an account downgrade error and restored my Pro access with no hassle. Fast, professional service. I really appreciate how they support long-time users. They went above and beyond and continue to do so!

Honestly, I have been using this platform for my CV for a long time. I love the designs and templates, but it’s ridiculously expensive now. Paying 21 to 33 EUROS a month just to modify a document and/or have them remove the annoying stamp from the regular page so it can be downloaded properly feels abusive. They should lower the price ASAP.
Isn’t the whole point to help people improve their CVs and have better opportunities? Charging this much feels abusive and unfair — especially when the service doesn’t truly justify the cost.
I’m not sure which country this platform is based in, but I’m certain that in Europe, it could be reported to consumer protection authorities.

I have been using visualCV since 2017 and I'm very satisfied and can recommend visualCV. The app also works well and is very practical for making changes on the go on my phone during job interviews.

Used to be a good one, giving at least 3 templates for free. Now charges huge fees, unacceptable for the same product as before.

Amazing customer service and platform!

I've used Visual CV whenever applying for new positions, and I find it highly user-friendly, intuitive, and produces excellent results.
The customer service is also excellent, always responding immediately to any inquiries.
Overall, I find the service excellent and I will continue using Visual CV as long as I need my CV updated.

Slick resume building tool with great manoeuvrability and manageability - chop and change your CV with ease.

Get charged exorbitant fees for minimal use. The exchange rate to the Australian dollar also ensures they profit higher. Wasn’t even using the subscription, cancelled my subscription but was still charged quarterly fees and told I wasn’t eligible for a refund as I still had access to the account - which I didn’t even need.
Use only if you intend to be job hunting and then cancel otherwise you’re just using an app for nothing but paying for everything. You can get way better service from fee free AI.
