I ordered a flip-chart. They said it would arrive in two days. It arrived after 3 weeks, destroyed. Viking gave me a new one, and I got my money back for the inconvenience. The service and error-solving sets an example for other companies. I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Great customer service! and my new flip-chart works just fine :)

I ordered a Samsonite bag from Viking…
I ordered a Samsonite bag from Viking on 20 February, and the expected delivery date was 23 February.
After the delivery date passed, I called them three times. Each time I was told there was a technical issue and that the delivery might be delayed. However, I did not receive any clear update about the status of my order.
Their tracking system is very poor. It seems customers cannot properly track their parcels, as there were no tracking updates available at all.
Finally, after 16 days, I received an email stating that they were not able to deliver the order.
I hope they at least return my payment promptly.
Overall, I am very disappointed with their service and will likely avoid ordering from this site again.

I have just created a credit note for the backpack, which you will receive by email within a few days. The amount of this credit note will be automatically refunded to the account used to make the payment via iDeal.
If you would still like to receive the backpack, I would ask you to reorder it yourself. Because you have a private account, I am unable to arrange this for you.
