Could have gave 0 due the incompetence and non reliable company.
I bought the tickets for the sistem of a down in London 15th July
The tickets never been received due some issue from.viagogo
I contacted the help.service but they were insisting the tickets was issued.

I.prooved many pics and many ways to demonstrate that I was outside the stadium without tickets, chatting with the help.team ,but meantime the gig has started and they were uncovinient and unhelpful, at the end of the story they say will refund the money, I have asked another tickets instead but they haven't provided, they were robotic answering as their convenient, at the end got my refund bit lost the concert and built frustration as bo tickets was available on the market

So avoid and get your tickets from the authorised platform so you can get you tickets guaranteed

I felt scammed and let down as I was interacting with people with no emotions

I will be honest, the internet scared me a bit when deciding to buy with Viagogo. But in the end, they had excellent customer service. They guided me through their policies and helped me when I was feeling insecure. In the end, I was able to enjoy one of the best nights of my life seeing BTS thanks to the ticket they provided me with. Amazing job with customer service, quick replies and lots of effective policies. Will definitely purchase again in the future!

We bought tomorrowland tickets second hand with a lot of doubt if anything would go wrong, but the bracelets arrived almost 2 weeks before the event and they worked perfectly fine.
Ive read about their money back or same experi Guarantee and that gave me a bit of releif when buying

The show was absolutly amazing, and i enjoyed it at full even if at the end i was closer to Mars than to Bruno on top of the stadium.

I bought my tickets through Viagogo and I must say I was a little concerned at first as this was the 1st time I used Viagogo. But it all went extremely well. Viagogo was on top of things, kept me fully informed at each step of the way (I bought the tickets about 6 months before the concert) and made sure I received the tickets and the wrist bands on time. Impeccable service I must say! I will not hesitate to use them again.

Tbh i was so afraid to buy tix here,first expensive and i might get scam, but thankfully it did not happen, so i had the best experience, gosh i saw them up close for real..

I was so scared because it was my first purchase in this app and I travel from one continent to another just for this concert. At first, the tickets weren't sent to my ticketmaster account.But later I realized after talking to them that the tickets weren't available to be sent to another person's account until 2 months before the concert. So it wasn't their fault. After that I received the ticket on my ticketmaster account and sent them to my wallet account.
The day of the concert I wasn't scared at all but once I pass through the security check I realized that everything went smoothly the ticket hadn't had any scan problem So I felt completely secure with everything. I recommend this thing

Awful experience, and an unethical company. I was about to order a ticket for approx 180 euros then they added a 75 euro fee and another 15 euro fee - literally half of the ticket price. I cancelled and used another service.

I am extremely disappointed with Viagogo's complete lack of support. I purchased 4 tickets for The Weeknd in Madrid (August 29) under Order Number: 62361XXXX.
The ticket transfer was done incorrectly by the seller. When I try to access them on Ticketmaster, I get an error saying the order cannot be found with my email. Ticketmaster Spain officially confirmed to me that the transfer was not successful and that Viagogo must resolve this.
I sent an urgent email over a month ago explaining the issue, and I have received absolutely zero response. The concert is next month, I have already booked my flights and accommodation, and I still don't have my tickets.
I demand that Viagogo immediately investigates this with the seller or provides equivalent replacement tickets under the Viagogo Guarantee. Please contact me urgently to resolve this before I am forced to dispute the charge with my bank.

Show was great, but there was terrible smell from the toilets and it was difficult to see clearly the artist from our seats. There was a big tree between us and the stage. We paid 290 euro each ticket, but saw very little.

Viagogo is real. Thank you so much. Transaction was good and I am happy to buy the ticket here after I got scammed.

It was good , but since I had to travel to London for the concert a few days before I was a bit nervous about the tickets. They were available only the same day of the e concert
