I understand that you are already is in contact with our salesperson. When you purchased the car, you were informed about the damage that was known to us. Due to these scratches and damages, you received a price reduction of DKK 5,000.
You are welcome to bring the car back to us, and our workshop will clean the interior of the vehicle if you wish. Please contact our salesperson beforehand, and he will be happy to arrange this for you.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we take your feedback very seriously.
It is true that we are no longer a Ford dealership. However, we are still an authorized Ford service workshop, which means your vehicle was serviced according to Ford's standards, just as it would have been at any other authorized Ford workshop.
Regarding roadside assistance, this benefit was discontinued after Nic. Christiansen Group took over Ford in Denmark. As a result, you would not have received complimentary roadside assistance at other authorized Ford workshops either. That said, we sincerely regret that you were not offered the option to purchase roadside assistance, as this is available. We will make sure to pay closer attention to this in the future so that it does not happen again.
We can also confirm that your service has been registered in the digital service record, so it should also be visible in your FordPass app.

Excellent Battery Check Experience
I visited Via Biler for a battery check on my Toyota Auris. From the moment I arrived, I was very impressed with the service.
The team welcomed me about 10 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. The battery check itself was quick and professional – it took around 15-20 minutes – and the result was good, which was a relief.
I received a proper official report, paid a fair price, enjoyed a really tasty coffee while I waited, and was soon on my way.
I would warmly recommend Via Biler’s service department to anyone, even if your Toyota is no longer under warranty. The price is fair and reasonable for such an important check that gives you real confidence in your car.

No matter if we talk about Odense or Svendborg they are nice, polite and ready to help. I have bought the car from Svendborg and I drove 2 times to be sure I made the right call. Overall I am more than happy with my new Toyota Corolla 1.8 combi. Thanks to Amar and to his team from there.
