Items arrived damaged and company did not stand behind product.
The items arrived damaged and were unusable. Very poor packaging.
I contacted the seller and provided photos, but was asked for an unboxing video and told to return the items to China at my expense.
I ultimately had to resolve the issue through my credit card company to receive a refund.
Buyers should be aware of the return requirements before purchasing. Also, items were not as described, "hand-carved", they are cheap plastic.
