Outstanding company for price, customer service and delivery
I ordered 10 E15 smart bulbs from TCL and the price they charged compared to Amazon was less than half the price. The delivery was really quick and the delivery charge was very reasonable. On arrival, I checked the bulbs and unfortunately one was not working. I contacted their customer service department by email and they responded by confirming they would send out a replacement bulb which arrived 1 day later. Their customer service is amazing, their price was brilliant and the speed of delivery was fantastic too. I will definitely use TCL in the future and have no hesitation about recommending them to others.
