I DON'T recommend buying anything from them. Worst customer service ever. I had ordered a treadmill, and it took them a week to send it.
After that, I received it with the control unit not matching the housing.
There's no clear way to contact customer service, like a contact form or anything, to complain about the issue; only the sales chatbot is working fine.
After a while, I was able to find an email to report the issue to, but there's no tracking number to follow up with.

Walking pad sPad500 and BS300 floor protection mat
I ordered walking pad sPad500 a couple of weeks ago. The item arrived quickly (after a few days). I am very satisfied with it and I started using it daily. The walking pad has high quality and it is very comfortable and practical. I also connected it with the app and now I am tracking my steps, but also controlling my walking sessions through the app. It is very convenient that you may set targets and goals by using the app. It is very user friendly and easy to use. You may move it easily and it does not take much space in your room. The walking pad is not loud at all. I also bought BS300 floor protection mat. I think they are the perfect match. I highly recommend buying these products.

Stay away please
Terrible experience. Difficult to know where to start.
1. Bike arrived defective on around May
2. They made us dismantle the whole bike and put it back in its box. We did it in June/ July. We are in September, they did not pick it up yet.
3. Other bike came, now with a defective pedal. They first said it was us who were not being able to assemble as it should be but then sent us another pedal and arm to substitute which I can clearly see it does not has the same issue as the one we mentioned and also sent in photos/ videos
4. Once again we need to remove the arm ourselves (which usually comes already assembled) and they didn’t send us all the tools to do it so we bought them. The only extra tool they sent us was the crack puller which seems to once again have terrible quality as it does not suit correctly the bikes arm.
Please don’t order for them. I normally don’t write complaints but this one is more than deserved. I honestly think they have a good review here because after you buy a product from them, if you leave a review, they give you a sports tool like dumbels, mats etc… we we almost tempted to do it in the beginning… glad we didn’t. What a HUGE waste of time

Order tracking and customer support is…
Order tracking and customer support is the worst that I've seen.
First of all the orders are not displayed in the portal untill are not delivered.
Secondly you don't get notified about the status of the order and you need to check personally from the initial email.
I didn't received yet my order and getting more of the feeling that is a not a legit site. Given that is build in this way.
