I had to pay a lot for the shipping costs. More than what they said due to the customs

This shop has a very good quality and they are always preparing my orders as far as possible. I am really satisfied with them.

Live in the United States. Shipping was expedited, fast and prompt. Communication was incredible. Tracking was updated regularly. Better service than some distribution companies here in the US. Great products, fast delivery

I am dissatisfied with the way your bonus points program operates. On the bonus rewards page, products are displayed with specific point values (e.g. 300, 500, or 1,500 points), but when these same products are added to the cart, the system requires ten times more points (3,000, 5,000, or 15,000 points). I reported this issue to customer support multiple times, but even after several months I have not received any response. As a result, it is effectively impossible to make use of this advertised benefit.

In addition, shipping to Croatia is quite expensive at €13, which is a significant cost.

I have also noticed that many discounted products cannot be shipped to Croatia, while the exact same products are available for delivery when sold at their regular price. For example, this occurred with a tent and also with a pull-up bar. The product is unavailable for delivery when discounted, but available when sold at the regular price, which is difficult to understand from a customer's perspective.

It takes them more than two weeks to process order. They send wrong articles, not the one as they advertise on website.
Also they ignore emails. And if they answer, it's some nonsense.
Definitely should avoid.

Shoes yellowed from aging. Dificult to understand how a shop ships defective items like those without any control. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

Do not buy online in this store, it IS a scam. They don't delivery the correct order neither return the cost.

I have ordered more than 20 times and every time the ordered faultless, exactly what I ordered. I have to mentioned they have their own packages for any size of ordered. The fact that they use DHL is also a big plus as they are they best post by far.

Excellent offers and delivered with at most care with proper packing . I have purchased many times from sportspar and all products were good and original branded.

Only to improvise on the return policy which is bit complicated .
