Shipping delay
After a week since I have placed the order still no news about it being sent. I had to contact them myself to find out that they have too many orders and they cannot handle them all at the moment. Not very professional response on their side to have this excuse. I am waiting to see if they cancel my order as I have requested since I see no point in waiting around for them to ship an order of only 1 small item. Would not purchase here again.

I'm totally disappointed
I'm totally disappointed. As of today, August 17, 2026, I still haven't received anything.
Customer service at Slöjd-Detaljer keeps telling me to be patient because they have many orders to ship. However, I placed my order based on the delivery date promised on their website. Due to this delay, I am now behind schedule and unable to complete my work on time.
