I bring my grandkids there and they absolutely love it each time. Staff are always very nice and helpful.
Beware, this place uses some shady business practices. They will continue to charge your credit card for memberships even after you cancel, and will not refund fraudulent charges.
It’s a great place to take the kids on a rainy day and for birthday parties. We have been for a couple of birthday parties and it’s a nice location for it because you can invite the whole class and have plenty of space.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had the lines take to long and why do I need a parent to buy a ticket ? I’m 15 I’m fine with a trampoline park
Skyzone: A Complete and Utter Disaster – Avoid at All Costs!
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Skyzone is, without a doubt, one of the most irresponsibly run, dangerously mismanaged facilities I have ever had the misfortune of stepping into. The level of negligence and apathy displayed by both the staff and management is beyond disgraceful.
My son was assaulted—yes, physically attacked—by a group of unsupervised children while visiting this joke of a trampoline park. And guess what? No one was there to stop it. No staff. No supervision. No rules being enforced. Just a chaotic free-for-all where kids are left to fend for themselves in what can only be described as a lawless jungle gym.
But here’s the real kicker—when I approached the staff (because apparently, no one was actually doing their job), their response was indifference at best, total incompetence at worst. They shrugged off a serious safety issue like it was nothing. No action taken, no concern shown—just blank stares and an overwhelming sense that they simply don’t care.
And because Skyzone refused to act, I had to. I called the police to document the incident because this level of recklessness cannot go ignored. And when I reached out to Skyzone's corporate office, demanding a refund for how they completely ruined my son's birthday, do you think they responded? Of course not. Radio silence. Not even the courtesy of a reply, let alone an apology or any attempt to make things right.
Skyzone, let me make this clear: Your facility is a LIABILITY waiting to happen. You are actively endangering children every single day by refusing to enforce safety rules or hire competent, trained staff. Your negligence is absolutely inexcusable.
Let me spell it out for you:
🔥 Supervision – You need it. Immediately. Staff should be actively monitoring the kids, not standing around like clueless bystanders.
🔥 Rules – You should have them. And here’s an idea: ENFORCE THEM. Letting kids run wild with zero oversight is a recipe for disaster.
🔥 Management Response – Try actually doing your job for once. When a child is attacked, a serious, immediate response is required. Not apathy. Not excuses. Not "Oh well, things happen."
🔥 Staff Training – Clearly nonexistent. If your employees can’t handle basic conflict resolution or ensure a safe environment, why are they even there?
🔥 Customer Service – Ignoring a parent who reached out for a refund after their child’s birthday was ruined? That’s pathetic. The least you could do is acknowledge your failures.
I demand an immediate explanation of what you plan to do to fix this disaster. And if I don’t receive one? Believe me when I say I will make sure every single parent in this community knows just how recklessly unsafe Skyzone truly is. I will leave reviews everywhere, warn every parent I know, and take this as far as necessary.
Skyzone, you should be ashamed. Do better. Or better yet, shut down before you cause even more harm.
🚨 PARENTS, TAKE MY ADVICE: AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. 🚨
If your child is over 8 it is a waste of money. Limited things to do, only one trampoline. Can’t use exact socks from a different location have to trade in your other socks or buy theirs. One area is just a larger Mac Donald’s play place. You can only slide so many times before it gets boring
Kids went to a birthday party here this Friday and it was a scary. No one watches at all. One employee stood at the entrance of the stairs sayhe was there incase someone needed him. No one walks through to make sure the kids are safe or not injured. My daughter got stuck in a foam pit thank God her sister was able to pull her out because no on else was coming. This place is crazy! Never again!
I stopped in before Christmas wanting to buy passes for my grandsons. Since we don't usually go in the summer I asked if they had any packages other than a full year. I was offered a 3 month membership. I made sure it would start on the first day of use like our old annual memberships did. He assured me it would. After New the new year we started going, but near the end of March they were turned away and told their membership had expired. I didn't make a big deal of it at the time. A couple months later I realized that they were still billing me every month. When I brought it to the owner's attention he informed me that it was a 3 month MINIMUM membership and I had to cancel. Because of that he refuses to refund me just for "non-use" (we didn't go in April or May or June because we were told in March that it was already expired). That's not exactly "non-use". They boys have had annual memberships for a couple of years. This was the first year we did something different. I was lied to and when I gave him the chance to rectify it, he just didn't care. How short sighted. I hope he's happy with his "win". It's far less than he would have gotten this year. He cut off his nose to spite his face. I am VERY disappointed and VERY dissatisfied.
Dishonest business. Untrained staff and unprofessional management with luck of costumer service and business running knowledge. Very sad!
This place is unprofessional. I had a party package with 2 rooms for 80 guests reserved since September. They called me TWO days (today) to tell me that they booked one of my rooms (that was already reserved) and all they can do is provide more tables and chairs for my one room. Be advised that these rooms only hold 20-40 max people each room and we booked TWO for the reason that we are having 80 guests. The unprofessional employee, Cynthia Gonzalez (event planner) is completely worthless and no help at all. They had absolutely no intention of even trying to help me with this situation even though this was ALL ON THEIR OWN MISTAKE.
NEVER will I recommend this place or spend any amount of money there, neither will my family or friends.
I had a frustrating experience at Sky Zone during the Little Leapers session on Thursday that runs 9-12. I arrived at 10:37 am with my two-year-old, expecting to pay the discounted rate. However, I was told the cut-off time for the discount was 10:30 am, so I had to pay full price for an hour and 30 minutes. This was disappointing and the customer service could have been better.
We had our son’s birthday party there. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!!!!!
We got the 1 hour jump and 1 hour party room for 10. It was a little pricey but WELL WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!
They provided socks for all the kids, food drinks, and “Melissa” served us and all the kids.
We did not have to raise a finger, Melissa took great care of us!
We got to enjoy celebrating with our son instead of running around serving.
I highly recommend Sky zone, and will have our son’s next birthday party there knowing we will be well taken care of.
Great job Melissa and great job Sky Zone!!!!!!
The SKY ZONE in Lakeland is a nice trampoline facility but the problem is with the staff. I went there for the first time two days ago. The girls at the front counter were leaving and failed to give my sons their socks. When another employee of SKY ZONE informed us, we went up to the front desk while the ONE kid logged two customers in while me and my sons waited. Finally, another employee came up and gave us the socks. Then the food stand was empty! I watched people stand there while the employees talked and finally the people just left? There seems to be no manager at this place, nobody is watching anything?
We had my son's birthday this weekend and magically all the birthday cards that contained gift cards went missing when the staff brought the gifts up from the collection trolly next to the check-in desk.
Over $80.00 in gift cards just poofed out of existence and none of the underage employees had any idea where they went.
This is not the kind of place you want to host your kid's party and if you do, don't trust the staff in any capacity they will steal you blind.
My whole family enjoyed this place. It is definitely a workout on its own, but a blast. They serve food, drinks, tickets for arcade games. Almost any age can play and have fun with all their bounce equipment. Definitely will be back!
