Booking went well although as previously experienced for two similar concerts this year. I was concerned that I to change my log-in password after only a short period of booking with Skiddle.

So skiddle charge a “ RapidScan fee” a fee you can’t get out of paying, looks to just be a tax for the sake of it, then you check the box to opt out of being contacted with further promotions/marketing….. waste of time that was, I have received 2 emails and a text message In less than 24 hours. Great service….. not

The booking of the tickets was easy but…

The booking of the tickets was easy but getting them was an unwanted headache as I first had to download the Skiddle app and then go through a procedure to get the tickets. Not ideal at all and should be looked into seriously.

Do not buy tickets through Skiddle I…

Do not buy tickets through Skiddle I had one event postponed twice then cancelled and I am unable to receive a refund. No one speaks to you. The robot chat doesn’t help stupid company very very unhelpful. Do not buy tickets from here.!!!!!!

Can't buy a ticket without giving you…

Can't buy a ticket without giving you guys all my data. Also logging into an old account I was forced to reset my password. But not allowed to set my password without following your stupid password rules.. I gave up and checkout as guest.. still have to put in all my data and agree to your 'privicy terms' aka forced to allow you to sell it. I just want a ticket man your platform sucks.

Ease of use

First time I have used “Skiddle” and I have to say I’m very impressed!! Really easy to set up and use and access my tickets! A lot easier than some of the other big name ticket companies!
Over all very impressed and will happily use them again
