Customer service is shocking - no one answers the phone. Called to try and upgrade my tickets , the chat on line is also non existent
Negative experience at Terminal V 2026. I travelled from Glasgow and bought tickets for both the main festival and the after-party, but I was ultimately unable to attend either because of poorly communicated entry rules and a lack of support on site.
I arrived at around 7pm and was refused entry because of a 4pm last-entry rule. I have been going to festivals and gigs for ages - never have i ever come across such an early and unreasoble cut-off time. I later discovered that the 4pm cutoff was technically printed on the ticket, but only in fine print. For such a strict and unusual restriction, especially for an event attracting people travelling from other cities, this should have been made extremely clear during purchase and in pre-event communications - not buried where it could easily be missed.
The situation was made worse by the after-party arrangements. I had also paid for an after-party ticket at a separate venue, starting hours after the main festival entry cutoff. Once I was refused entry, the whole evening became unworkable. My friends left the venue briefly to meet me, but they were then refused re-entry. There appeared to be no clear warning at the exit that leaving would mean they could not get back in. As a result, they were locked out too, and we were left stranded in Edinburgh with hours to wait and no realistic base of operations.
The handling by security made an already frustrating situation worse. Instead of trying to help or explain the situation professionally, they mocked and dismissed us at the gate. It was upsetting and completely unacceptable given the amount of money spent and the distance travelled.
I complained directly and followed up after receiving no response. I also contacted my bank, but because the last-entry time was technically printed on the ticket, even though it was not clearly highlighted, they said they could not dispute the charge. That does not make the experience fair or acceptable.
Overall, this felt like a poorly communicated and badly managed event, with restrictive terms hidden in fine print, inadequate signage, no meaningful support on the day, and disappointing customer service afterwards. I lost the cost of both the main festival and after-party tickets and would not recommend this organiser based on my experience.
Always purchased my tickets from here never had any issues and it's easy to do highly recommend using skiddle.
What a easy app to order from no problems in paying
Nice reminder the day that I needed to book them. Quick and easy service. All good - no complaints.
Customer service is terrible I booked tickets on the 18th June for an event in July and realised I have booked for the wrong day. The process for changing has taken a month and I was booked to book again and they will refund. I now have double the tickets and still can;t get hold of them, the even is in 3 days.
Absolutely brilliant
Easy to find what gig I want and pay for

I went in to a waitlist for a sold out outdoor cinema experience in Glasgow. I was contacted by email to say one of the tickets was available, only the ticket with the £8 "donation", making the ticket £9.25. whereas when I went on to their website they had actually released some more tickets with the £4 "donation" making it around £5 for this same ticket. Why charge more for customers who opted for a waitlist reminder email? Also on a separate note, how can you offer the tickets for around £1 but then charge anywhere from £2 to £8 donation, which is not optional in any way. Scam style pricing at its best. Just be honest and charge a flat fee of say £8 which is reasonable for that the experience is and stop scamming people with this idea that the event is "free open air cinema" which it blatantly is not as you have to pay mandatory donations up to £8 depending how early you buy the tickets. Trading standards please crack down on this as I'm sure it's not allowed.
circuitous log in errors, lenthy payment confirmation and then the app on my phonw took 24 hours to register the tickets I'd bought.
Fast and seemingly easy….will use again….especially if all smooth at the venue…..
It was so easy to get what I needed. Thanks for a good experience
I opted out of any emails from Skiddle. Yet on a Sunday morning I’m having to unsubscribe yet again, but it takes 5 minutes to opt out of this option, that option etc. please P155 Off.
Each email I get = a 1* review.

It's easy to use and always have great events on there. Lots of free events which in great.
Nice easy way to book tickets. My only gripe was I couldn't see the password I was typing. Besides that I found it a doddle.
