Seems to me they are deceiving byers. Basicly scamming big time. I just bought a video rental 1 day, 5e, but could only pay with their own "cyrrency" the tickets. I bought 5 tickets totalling almost 7e. That's what I had to pay.

I might have bought with the price 7e also. But this scamming passes me off big time. This will be my last rental in this Swedish scamming company.

I paid to rent a movie that is not being played and the money is not being refunded.
I wouldn't give any stars, but if I have to.
This is a scam company that will collapse at any time.

their servers never work and they will still charge you for content that won't load. Upon trying to get reimbursed for this, their customer service tries to stonewall you into retrying on various browsers (that also don't work and aren't within the timeframe of when you even wanted to watch the film!) so it forces you into a situation where you have to file a complain for Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) which costs 150 SEK, which hardly makes it worth it for a film that costs 49 SEK. This seems to be their business model which seems really really scammy but keeps them in operation I suppose just out of sheer consumer tedium and laziness.

Don't recommend. Tried to stream a movie through them and ended up just looking at a black screen. Tried their troubleshooting methods and they didn't work of course. I sent customer "service" a message asking for a refund (it was 5 euros lmao) and they told me they won't refund until I try the troubleshooting methods. I told them they didn't work and they kept insisting. Ok keep the money whatever.

So if you stream a movie through them and for some reason it ends up not working forget about getting a refund. Ridiculous how a streaming service in the year 2025 could have problems like this.

Tickets, tickets, tickets! How on earth do they think they can compete on a cutthroat streaming market with such a ridiculous and incomprehensible payment system? I certainly won't be using the app again until they go back to regular Swish payments. I mean whose idea was it?? Do they *want* to kill the sevice??? 1-star reviews across the board - take note, SF!!

They could try to fix the app problem regarding LG Smart tv, BUT NO, in spite of being contacted about this problem, several times deuring the last four months,theyve neglected all service to customers, result is ,films do stop, stutters, restart or so, ff, is needed, in order to se bits ,of what you payed for. Its some server fault or cache owerflow. Theyv got notice, but dont do anyting about it. They sell goods they dont deliver. Not recomended,

Have bought a film because my daughter wanted to watch. The problem was I could not cast to my TV. After tried three devices, I gave up. Just want to add a note here that there is nothing wrong with my device setting or network, because my YouTube or other app can cast to my TV.

Finally no other choice but tried to play it on my laptop, however, the movie could not be played as a black background was running forever. Restarted my computer, same…

What a waste! Spending a whole evening struggling for this. Never buy any movie there!!!

Earlier it was easy to pay for a film by swisch but now it requires an account on the phone. Will never use sfanytime again.

Doesn't support 21:9. Movies in that aspect is shown with black bars on all sides. Does have poor quality video, plenty of compression artifacts and no support for HDR.

Horrible since they started with "tickets" as a payment method.
So good before. Now, just Horrible. Will stop using it

Lagging constantly. Stops all the time. Problems with buffering, it certainly doesn't work as it should. Unfortunately I tried it several times as I hoped it was just incidentally problems the first time. Account deleted, never again!

Useless, absolutely useless app/website. Paid for a film that never played - the screen just froze and would not play, despite refreshing several times. What do you expect from something owned by the state?

I wanted to see the Captain America, Civil War movie. I normally rent via Blockbuster, but Blockbuster only had this movie for sale, so I was surprised and happy to see that SF Anytime had it for rent.

So we rented it, and showed it on our smart tv. The quality was so poor, that we had to stop and went back to blockbuster and bought the same movie.

I am not going to use SF Anytime again, unless they come out on Trustpilot (or other media) and explains how they have improved their service levels,

Stops all the time. Problems with buffering. Worst service ever.
