I placed an order two weeks ago..but had questions because I thought I was ordering a product for my face and eyes...THEN to find out.."Oh N0"..."you need a separate product for your eyes." Now that I understand their product line..I placed an order today and they cancelled me right away because I questioned them. As a consumer, you and I have a right to question them. SO because I did, they keep cancelling my new orders. Listen..this is an ongoing product buy..they want to keep selling you stuff and if you question them, they refuse to sell to you. BUYER BEWARE !!!! I only gave one star because it would not allow 0. Buyer beware.

I have ordered the eye cream, facial soap, and night cream. I find all three products to be of superior quality! At 74 years of age, I was not expecting any improvement but to my delight and after one month, the appearance of my face has actually improved. Their customer service turnaround time is excellent, and they provide outstanding support for their products and customer concerns. Finally, the packaging and presentation of these products further supports the quality of their products.

Results are not even close to as…
Results are not even close to as advertised after 10 days. Tallow still works better and is much cheaper. I will keep trying and will revise my score of things improve significantly

Sort of helps. Nothing extraordinary. Hardly noticible.
I've been using the face cream nightly for 7 weeks. It feels good going on and eventually absorbs, so the greasy feeling "somewhat" goes away. So far, I've seen a "slight" improvement in my forehead lines. They want me to buy another product for beneath my eyes, but until I see real results, I'm considering switching to Forge Beef Tallow after these bottles are empty. We'll see; I purchased 6 bottles and have 3 to go. BTW, the 2-pump suggestion is useless. It takes 3 to 4 pumps to cover my face and neck. I'll live with that if it actually works as the marketing describes.

I had a shipping issue
I had a shipping issue. The order was dropped off at a location by the shipping company that was not correct and we could not trace down the address. Customer service checked with the shipper and then set up a replacement order and shipped it to me through a different shipping company. The customer help was smooth and very helpful.

Love the product - and excellent service/respone time.
Love the product. After a month, I absolutely see and feel a difference in my face and neck. The bags under my eyes have improved. I do wish I could get rid of the dark circles under my eyes. Service has been prompt and professional. I had one snafu with the shipment which you immediately responded and fixed. You really can’t do better than that! Thank you!

I agree that it makes your skin feel soft however I’ve been using it for at least eight or 10 weeks and the bags under my eyes are still there haven’t moved. Haven’t changed a deep wrinkles are still there. They also have not changed a bit quite disappointed compared to their fantastic result advertisement.
