Absolutely amazing experience with both scannings. Truly great service, professional, friendly, polite, respectful, I felt taken very good care of. 100% recommend!

Went for a gender scan with Rikke and it was the best experience ever. A lot of information was given about the baby and we got some amazing videos and photos. Rikke is so gentle and sweet, it was worth every krone. Highly recommend, and I will be back.

Annemarie was so positive and gave us the best experience. :) She really took care of us and her positive energy was so wonderful. I keep thinking of what a great experience it was and that we got so many pictures and videos too. Definitely worth it!! Thank you so much!

I have been at Scanningsklinikken today. Unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. While a midwife was taking a blood test she hit a nerve on my left arm and it caused a massive pain that I still feel. On the top of this she could not get any blood from my vein, so the whole pain was in vain. The pain is bad and therefore I am now sitting at the emergency at the hospital. It is sad and unprofessional that the clinic does not have a proper nurse to do blood tests.
I won’t recommend this clinic to anyone.

We had a positive scanning experience of our baby at Scanningsklinikken in Kolding. Especially, the jordemor, who conducted the scanning, was extremely helpful, polite and professional. We received many beautiful pictures both as photos and videos on USB.

However, we also ordered NIFTY genetical tests of the baby, which are taken from the blood of the mother. I was quite surprised when I was told by the jordemor, that the blood samples are sent with DHL to a genetical clinic in Hong Kong (China) to carry out the genetical test itself. I do not remember seeing this information before I had made the appointment. I think that being provided this information before, I would perhaps have read more information and I would have thought more about whether to carry out the test or not. I write this especially considering the fact, that samples of my genetical information and samples of the genetical information of my unborn baby are (according to the information we received from the jordemor) sent somewhere outside the EU, where there is perhaps a different standard of data and private information protection.

I was supposed to fill in a form with regards to the blood samples - in the form I had many options, e.g. whether the laboratory can keep my blood samples even after the test is ready, for research purposes etc. I recommend reading these little letters and the little text thoroughly, because in many places, I felt, I will fill in a "NO", considering it is my genetical information I am agreeing or disagreeing about. What surprised me the most was, that it was (in the beginning) not possible to get a copy of the form, which I have just signed, because there was no copy machine available. Only after an explanation, that I am a consumer and it is my right to receive a copy of what I am signing, the staff copied the form in an office next door (other company) and handed me a copy of the form. Thankfully, now I know (and can remember) what I consented about the genetical information and to whom.

To sum up, we received a very professional service from Scanningsklinniken, yet undermined with doubts.

One of the few times I want to write a review, just because I was super happy with the scan and the experience! Berit in Kolding (I think that was the name) handled super professionally the scan and was explaining the whole time while scanning, checking, explaining and taking pictures and videos. I was amazed at how fast a person can multitask at this! It seemed such a difficult task for me but she handled all that in 45 minutes while talking in english at the same time. This was the most important for me: after several scans and meetings at the public hospitals where personnel refused to speak english, I am now at the 7th month and hardly knew what was going on. But Berit took the whole meeting immediately in english and finally I feel more confident that I understand more... Thank you again Berit for a wonderful experience, I can only say that I wish I knew about the clinic much sooner! What a gift also, that you can take with you pictures and the whole session recorded so that you can show to your family!!

It could not have been any better. The midwife was experienced, kind, genuine and very professional. Me and my husband were happy about seeing a heartbeat but the service and what was included in the scanning package made it very special and nice to remember.

An amazing hospitality, staff that knows its job and hands on service. It was perfect and you get all a mother wants from a check-up. We highly recommend it.
