I purchased a 75inch flagship (their customer service words) Samsung 8k QLED Neo TV. I purchased this as it had a good write up and had a 5 year warranty. I registered as per the instructions. Last month the screen broke and needs replacing. I called Samsung and was told I had only registered the TV on their system and that was not correct so I was not covered for repair. The repair cost was nearly the cost of a new TV. For Samsung to acknowledge they provide a 5 year warranty but then not honour because I had registered in the wrong place (un beknown to me) is appalling after spend over £2200 on their 'flagship product'. This was repeated several times by the customer service rep. Far from flagship product or experience. Just look on eBay and you will see 100@s of Samsung TV's with broken screens for spares. My recommendation is go with another brand as you are likely to be buying a new TV quicker than you would expect

Samsung improves the security of Galaxy phones, specifically the connection to nearby devices.

I'm posting this review on this page because it concerns Samsung Galaxy Mobile. They need to improve the security of their smartphones. In the United States, there are people who easily connect to Galaxy phones. After connecting without the owner's consent, they clone the Galaxy, leaving the owner using the device as a secondary device, while they keep the cloned device as the primary one. I'm making this comment because I'm a victim of these people. Every time I buy a new Galaxy, I disable all the settings that show nearby device connections, and they still manage to clone my Galaxy. This isn't a common hack; it's device cloning. I hope Samsung puts more effort into connection security or removes these settings altogether because these people are stealing a lot of user information, and most people don't even realize their Galaxy phones are cloned. If you hear static or strange noises during calls, that's not a hack; it's device cloning, just like phone number cloning.

My Samsung TV developed a minor…

My Samsung TV developed a minor backlight fault that Samsung accepted under warranty. Five months later, after six failed repair attempts by their authorised repair agent, the TV is now completely unusable.

Replacement screens arrived damaged, repairs were cancelled due to missing parts, and the latest screen arrived shattered in the box. Despite repeated promises, Samsung still refuses to provide a replacement or refund and simply asks me to "be patient."

What began as a minor warranty repair has become months of frustration, missed appointments and complete failure to resolve the issue. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

Samsung Sucks

Samsung is awful. I purchased an OLED TV from them and it failed within 7 months of purchasing. To add insult to injury trying to get help was a complete nightmare. I will never buy any product made by Samsung. What a POS company.

“Too bad experience with Samsung AC and fridge. Both products have poor quality and gave problems within a short time. Cooling performance is disappointing, and customer service is very slow and unhelpful. Not worth the money at all.”

Samsung Flip 7 is interesting, but not the best solution

Got my Samsung Flip 7 on April 10, 2026, after thinking about switching to a foldable for a while. The design is what sold me, something different from the usual slabs. It’s compact, easy to carry, and opening it feels satisfying even after weeks of use. It reminds me about Motorola of mid 2000s, that's nostalgia, no doubts. Performance is solid, apps run smoothly, no issues in daily tasks. The display quality is great, bright and responsive

a few trade-offs to mention. Battery isn’t the strongestthing, sometimes I need a quick charge before the day ends. The hinge makes a slight sound occasionally. Camera is fine for everyday photos, but doesn’t feel like a top-tier setup(expected that). For the price, I think it's a bit expensive now. but t’s a fun device that stands out, or bring some memories for you.

The last update seems to have triggered…

The last update seems to have triggered my phone to lose track of all my photos. Tried to get help from chat. Absolutely ridiculous. They ask a question then disappear for 5 to sometimes 10 minutes then come back and ask something else. In the end I figured I needed to rebuild the media indexes and asked AI how to do it. Instant answer that actually worked.

Horrible experience, not possible to make any appointment

My phone broke on Saturday, and since then I've been on the phone with customer service nearly everyday. I've spent more that 2 hours on the phone with them, just to try to get them to provide the service that they offer. I've spoken to at least 7 different reps, and I've had to explain my problem every single time, spell my name/email addres every single time, and give the IMEI every single time. Why don't they note anything down? And the reps keep contradicting each other. My phone has been broken for four days and nobody can give me a clear answer of what to do. They keep cancelling my appointments as well, without telling me why.

Don't buy it! S27 "Ultra" Disapointment

Don't buy this phone!
Have always had Samsung Phones for many years. I just got 2 of the S27 Ultra, unfortunately. I will be returning both of them today. Plagued with "Wireless Charging" issues. This Smartphone seems to be getting Dumber. Samsung decided to eliniminate the ability to "Lock" individual Text Messages. For me, sending information to many people, I had the need to "Lock" certain messages. I can't possibly see how a Thousand dollar cell phone has such limitations. Also, it is not user friendly. Too many changes, much different from what I had been used to. I am ready to move to either Motorolla or Apple.
Samsung just lost a 15 year customer.
There used to be a saying,
"Keep it Simple, Stupid.
If it isn't broken, don't fix it.

I bought a Samsung galaxy s25 fe last year and was possibly considering trading it in for the s26 ultra and they say every other s25 is available for trade but the fe isn't. At least for the s25 version but, the S24 fe is. So they said instead of getting 5-6 hundred off you only get 150, what a load of garbage. You buy their products look to upgrade and then they cheat you so you can't.

Samsung is currently refusing to honor…

Samsung is currently refusing to honor the legal warranty on my Galaxy Z Fold 7 despite clear evidence of a manufacturing defect (internal screen 'crunching' sound followed by the 'line of death'). I have high-resolution photos taken minutes before shipping proving the device was in mint condition, yet Samsung/Dynafix claims 'pressure damage' based on visual suppositions to avoid their legal obligations.
I have paid €819.79 under protest ('sous réserve') and have officially initiated legal proceedings (Conciliation) before the Belgian Justice de Paix in Wavre. Samsung is in direct breach of the presumption of conformity (Article 1649quater of the Belgian Civil Code). I will update this review once Samsung complies with the law and issues a full refund. Potential buyers: beware of the lack of support for these expensive folding screens.

Fire hazard & shocking customer service

We have been lifelong Samsung customers and have spent well over £5,000 on Samsung products across TVs, audio equipment and major appliances. Unfortunately, this experience has fundamentally changed our view of the brand.

Our £1,200+ Samsung TV (2.5 years old) suffered a power supply failure that caused sparking on the wall, creating a genuine fire risk. The TV was mounted directly beneath our child’s nursery, which was understandably terrifying for my wife and family.

Despite acknowledging a component failure, Samsung dismissed this as a standard out-of-warranty issue and refused to take responsibility. Their only proposed resolution was a chargeable repair or a 15% discount code towards buying another Samsung TV. This response felt completely inappropriate given the safety implications and the premium nature of the product.

To make matters worse, customer support was extremely poor. When I asked to raise a formal complaint or speak to a manager, this was refused outright. The agent I spoke to was abrupt, showed no empathy, and left me with the impression that Samsung has little interest in customer safety once a warranty expires.

A modern, high-end television should not be failing in a way that risks fire after just 2.5 years, and a brand like Samsung should do far better when this happens.

This has been the worst customer experience of our entire home renovation, and unless Samsung meaningfully resolves this, we will not be purchasing Samsung products again.

Samsung Galaxy Book 4

I purchased a PC Galaxy Book 4 from Samsung shop. After two weeks, the screen cracked while I was opening the computer. I contacted support, but they refused to cover the repair, claiming it is physical damage. During our correspondence, I sent photos clearly showing that there are no signs of impact or shock on the laptop. According to Samsung, this is not a manufacturing defect. I can only conclude that support considers this a 'normal' behaviour of the device. This is the first time I have ever encountered such an issue with a laptop. The repair cost, at my own expense, amounts to over 400 euros—with no guarantee that it won't happen again.
The support is below any expectation. There is no recognition of weakness of their product whereas multiple testimony explain similar issues.
I do not recommend to buy any product on this site.
