Such a great company to deal with, personal and answer emails very quickly. I ordered a load of games and forgot a few, no problem to add on through message...when package arrived they mistakenly sent a steelbook instead of steelbook and game for one item...within one hour of reporting they replied and within 2 hours had a replacement order on to fix.

I pre-ordered a game and moved a few months later. I've seen with other companies how changing address for pre-orders can be challenging, but Helen from Super Rare couldn't have been more helpful in making sure my order was sorted and delivered to my new address! Outstanding customer service!

First off, there response to inquiries or any questions are answered fully and promptly. Helen is so nice! But it's not just that. Their products...they are absolutely gorgeous in every way! The way they pack the item is perfect. The whole experience has been First rate and I highly recommend them to any gamer looking for a beautiful collectable. Or just an awesome physical copy to a game they wanna play.

Every question I've had (even if it may annoy them, not giving too many details away!) They've been fully supportive with replies and refunds as required.
Feels like a very personal experience, which in this world is extremely rare - and I'm someone that used to work in a call centre, so I know how that can be!

I have been buying products from super rare for a while now. I have probably 15 switch games they have done and just ordered another. The quality and care super rare puts into their products is truly something they should be proud of. Super rare takes the time to do the proper quality assurance testing to make a great product that you be happy to own. From the cool packaging and presentation I love the way they operate. I have worked with a lot of limited print companies but super rare is by far the best. For example I have had a lot of damaged products from limited run. Super rare games have always arrived safe and sound. Thanks for doing it right super rare!

I collect Super Rare Games due to the exclusivity. Recently I needed assistance from their customer service team. Helen was prompt, polite, and made me feel like a great customer. They were so fast with a resolution that worked for me and them alike. Great job Helen, and Super Rare Games. I am a customer for life out of Detroit, MI, USA!

It is not rare to see bad reviews about something, but when someone decides to take their time to write something good, that means the company exceeded expectations!
I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional support I received during the purchase and shipping process of my game. My journey with Super Rare Games has been remarkable from start to finish, and I want to share a bit of my experience with you.
I purchased a game that was shipped to Brazil within the promised timeframe. However, due to customs issues, I found myself in need of substantial support from the team. First, I required documentation to prove the value of the item to customs authorities. Later, when my import was blocked, SRG generously sent me another copy free of charge. Throughout this entire process, the team maintained constant communication, responding to my emails promptly and with great attention and dedication to resolving the situation.
In Brazil, it is rare to find companies that continue to care about completing the service after receiving payment, ensuring the product reaches the customer's hands. Therefore, I am immensely grateful to Super Rare Games, especially Helen, for your commitment and patience. It took nearly six months, but in the end, everything worked out perfectly.
Thank you once again for the outstanding support.

Helen Jones is a pillar for the company, and definitely an amazing problem solver as her title denotes in itself.

It’s easy to see why Super Rare holds the spot at the top of the echelon of limited production game companies. In reality, they might even be classified as a “small business” because it is a rather small handful of people that make this game company operate. But be a patron of Super Rare for awhile like myself, and you see these people are a cohesive, honest, clever group that work well together. In turn, they can give their customers the best experience every single time because of the care, passion and effort they put into their jobs. I cannot recommend Super Rare Games enough. (Special shout-out to Helen at customer relations, who is the absolute best.)

I have no idea whether this company actually exists. I pre-ordered a game there. The originally scheduled delivery date was postponed twice on their website, I did not receive any notification of this. My request (2 mails) to cancel my order was ignored, after a month I then opened a PayPal case, here too there was no response in the 1st instance. The case was then transferred to PayPal, where SRG could have responded again, but nothing happened there either. So after almost 3 months I had my money back.
No recommendation for this company.

Managed to get ahold of Wavetale which is the first of their releases that interested me since I heard about this company. It just arrived and is safely tucked into my collection. Thanks!
I had the pleasure of doing business with Super Rare Games, or SRG, back in September, 2022. My experience with this company is, perhaps, the best experience I've had with any company. Lindsey, head of customer service, and the rest of her team (including the warehouse staff) are some of the kindest, most empathetic people I've done business with. Not only did Lindsey go out of her way to fulfill my order, but she worked alongside SRG'S warehouse to make sure it arrived in perfect condition, as well. To say my experience with SRG was satisfactory is an understatement; purchasing from them left me with a lifetime of happiness. --Allow me to explain.
I reached out to SRG, regarding a Nintendo Switch game that was out of stock, using the only method of contact they have available, email. --In it I expressed the joy the game brought to me and my family and, on a whim, asked if they had an additional copy, although it was clearly advertised as sold out. Initially I thought my email would fall on deaf ears, considering the focus within any company should be on current/future product releases and not past ones; however, Lindsey proved me wrong. Within a day I received an email from her saying she'd look into it and sure enough, the following morning she responded with the item, in hand. Keep in mind, Lindsey could have easily brushed my email off, especially since the item was marked out of stock, but she took the time out of her schedule to do me a favor and track down a single physical copy. While searching, Lindsey came across a collector's edition of the game and offered to sell it to me instead. --Words can't express how happy I was to hear the news; after all, it was sold out and I would've been more than content had she found one single edition for sale. However, I genuinely believe Lindsey offered me the collector's edition instead because she knew how much the game meant to me. I made mention to her that this purchase is a future gift to a certain family member who I've bonded with thanks to this game; I intend to give it to him when he's older and I can't wait to see his face when he unboxes the collection and recalls the memories we shared gaming together. So as you can see, this purchase meant a lot to me, and Lindsey's effort makes it all the more special.
I read a comment questioning the authenticity of these reviews, whether or not SRG's staff was writing them. I can assure anyone reading this: I am not an SRG employee. In fact, when I asked Lindsey if I could leave her, or the company, a review, she didn't know where I could do so. In her defense, I couldn't find any place to write a review either. After our transaction was complete and September passed, I continued to google reviews of SRG but could only find a few reddit posts left behind. I spent the following month looking for the best possible way I could pay her, and the SRG warehouse, back for the amazing experience and found this site unexpectedly. So, if anyone questions the authenticity of SRG, I hope this review provides relief. The SRG warehouse not only double-boxed my order, but it arrived from London to Los Angeles in a week. When I opened the package, it was in flawless condition--no dents, rips, nothing; better than any package carrying a single physical copy from Amazon, Best Buy, or GameStop, and this was a collector's box might I add, it's big!
I can't thank Lindsey and the SRG warehouse enough for what they did. On the company's website, in the "About" section, Lindsey's job title is "Head of Customer Happiness," and she's executing exactly that. Thank you Lindsey and everyone at SRG, you've made me so happy!
I'm very happy with my purchases from Super Rare Games. Very speedy service. Other Limited game companies could learn a thing or two from them.
After reading these reviews I have to wonder if these are done by real customers or staff.
I've used Super Rare Games 3 time and have found them to be incredible slow at doing anything.
For an example my last order with them is for the Mixtape Volume one I ordered and payed for back in August and as of today (01 October) it still has not arrived.
Despite the fact they said they had 2000 copies available it turned out they did not so I have to wait till either mid October or November for my order, no contact, no update, no were terrible sorry for the delay even though we took your money.
If it was not for the fact that I know they do actually make physical game as I have seen youtubers get there's for free I would have thought them scam artists.
💾Ordered 'Chroma Squad' for 🔵Switch🔴 which came in good condition.
They ship incredibly fast, which is because they order beforehand, so they have a set limit. I kind of wish Limited Run would do this, but LRGs usually sells more popular titles (no offense) on a consistent basis, so I imagine them not doing open preorder would be hellish from the bots (imagine if Scott Pilgrim was just 5000 copies, when LRGs sold 25k in 3 hours time, yikes). Their copies are from the UK, so they are technically a European physical copy (so those of us in the Americas will have an interesting box art, on top of probably a slightly more costly shipping price compared to someone in Europe), but sometimes that's the only way to go for some games you want physically. If you buy their games, you can kind of sell them for a higher value, technically because it's usually so so limited. I haven't had an issue with shipping so I don't have anything to report on that end. I only wish the amount they printed was set to just 5000, instead of fluctuating at times to 4000. I'm not really a reseller type of person, I just don't want a digital library, so I'm fine if games weren't so limited in general.
