One of the worst customer service. They are not picking up the call i waited around 2 hours on call for their answer. shitt

They are not answering to any e-mails regarding case that they took money and did nothing about!

The worst!! Stay away from supersaver. They cancelled my flights and then said they couldnt help me retrieve new flights. They just send you mail that says they cant help you. AND i didnt get any refund. Its impossible to deal with them if you have problems.

Bought tickets to Malaysia before the pandemic. Naturally flights were cancelled. I was promised to be able to file for refund in one year. That was odd enough.
After one+ year tried to get my refund. There were no email addresses or telephone numbers that answered and I really tried numerous times.
Fortunately KLM finally payed me the refund after some correspondence back and forth.
Will never use supersaver again.

I deeply regret that we did not read the review of SuperSaver before we bought flight tickets through them. We bought a round trip for 30.000 kr. through SuperSaver. But Airline company cancelled our return ticket and then the nightmare started. Despite of numerous request for the confirmation of cancellation and refund, no response from SuperSaver. They claimed to have Scandinavian office but I doubt they actually have one. You will always end up with an Indian operator who does not do any help. We have neither valid round ticket, refund nor a response from SuperSaver now.
Our advise is “DO NOT USE SuperSaver”. The company is NOT trustworthy.

Ryanair rebooked the refund to supersaver. I called Supersaver more than 8 times yet.! They just tell you they will give you the refund back, and that you just have to wait for your email. The email and refund that just never come. They simply keep (steal) your money. They dont give your refund back, you can call as much as you want, theh give you a lot of excuces and simply dont send your refund of your ticket back ! This company should not be allowed to continue working., !! They are stealing customers!!

Booking online have been very smooth. Hoping this flight will be hazzlefree :-)

Supersaver is a bunch of liars! They say they've paid me back my money for the flight THEY cancelled. My bank confirms the money is still with Supersaver and did not arrive my account. It's been 2 years now, still Supersaver have not paid me back as promised. They've not contacted me, as they promised. YOU'RE A BUNCH OF LIARS! Give me my money back!

wrong return flight, instead of February it was made a booking on the same day in March.

Hei This very bad angency, i buy a ticket with all, details, 2500 kroner xtra that any happed i can change my ticket, and now they change tha date, and my 30 kilos i gone i choice this angency but im so diapointed..im booking not long time standby and pay the Wright price and now long standby, i ask why tihis Super Saver STILL in operate så dis apointed i need my original schedule as i paid... I will not fly w/this agent again so bad...

The tickets look reasonably priced, however, too many extras shiw up as you complete the reservation.

A company that really goes a long way to show that it is shameless I am constantly tries to rip you off. Works well when there are no snags, and is an absolute nightmare if anything unexpected should happen.

Bought a ticket via supersaver that they later cancelled due to short transfer time (they could have avoided selling me the ticket in the first place since this was known at the time of purchase). They could not find an alternative (because they don't have access to a lot of flights), so the only usable alternative was for me to cancel, which incurred a "service fee" of 40 EUR. Total scam. Avoid.

It is much simpler and about as cheap just to deal directly with airline companies when buying flight tickets, especially if unforeseen issues arise or there are disputes to resolve. Supersaver.no does not have a dedicated disputes and complaints line. They request that you contact them by phone only, and the queues can be long.

THIS IS A SCAM! WE had a bad experience of this AGENCY! WE had to rebook our ticket, but the thing that happened was they let us paid additional payment, and a day after, they cancelled the ticket and seek for another payment. They told us that the airline cancelled it due to covid restrictions. We called the airline and said that they never cancelled it.

THIS IS HOW THEY SCAM PEOPLE!
1. They will CANCEL with no reason
2. They will let you PAY for a HIGH COST!
