We ordered with them a simple garbage bin, 10m3. They did deliver the bin quite quickly, but then the hell started for us on the accounting side. The company didn't clarify all the costs from the beginning, and more than 50% of the total costs came as a suprise after the bin had already been installed. The final nvoice was incorrect, because it didn't deduct advance payment made based on the first invoice. The company representative, Felix, accepted misstake and told us he would correct it.
Instead, we have just received a new invoice from inkassoföretag, which is based on the wrong invoice, issued by Recycla (which they promised to credit in its entirety).
