I ordered a pair of Category 4 sunglasses with prescription lenses for an upcoming hiking trip (very nearly within the advised three week turnaround time). Due to various external issues with suppliers and shipping, I had to change my order a few times. The team at RxSport have been incredible in keeping me updated, suggesting alternative equivalent products and updating the order. Also, having explained to them the importance of getting my order in before I go on my trip, they upgraded all shipping to the fastest available options. I felt that the team went the extra mile to overcome issues outwit their control, and I was very happy to receive a suitable product, right before my departure.

there was a delay getting the goods as a mistake had been made by the company. Thegoggles arrived after the time I has intended to use them.
However, the goods arrived safely, fit well and are robust. The best thing is that they now enable me to see clearly underwater.

Ordered a pair of Oakley Jawbreaker sunglasses with prescription lenses. Simple to upload the prescription and place the order. Completed glasses were sent within 2 weeks and were perfect. Have used RXSport previously for sunglasses, goggles and helmets and it’s always a good experience.

Really helpful service in making sure that I came away with correct size and fit of helmet that I was after.

However - I asked for store pickup and they were posted out instead. Royal Mail in their infinite wisdom left them on the doorstep despite them needing a signature. As I was on holiday I needed to get a friend to pick them up - so they were basically left there for a few days. Not what I expect considering the cost☹️
