The ordering process was really easy…
The ordering process was really easy and I used the room visualiser to give me an idea of what it could look like in my room.
However the sample looks a totally different colour so I am hoping I get the right shade sent to me.
Also most other companies don't charge for samples so for 6.00 I hope it will be a good sample size.

Delivery is a rip off
This is not the review of the product but of the company itself.
I ordered laminate and paid bloody 50 quid for the delivery and all I got was the packs dropped at the front door at 7am!
What the hell? If that’s your “paid delivery service”, let me do the collection myself! I would’ve saved 50 quid, got me buddies, and done it at the time that suits me best.
Now it just sits outside in the rain because I can’t carry bloody 40-pound packs myself with the back pain I have!

I had to find the colours I wanted by using search option. I have a house name so had to make up a house number in order to proceed. Otherwise look a good choice and products 🌻

I do not recommend using this company.
60% short boards? You should have to change the length your product claims it is then. I would not have used this company if it was clearly stated. My floor looks like off-cuts that's with paying for 10% extra just in case. I should have used any other flooring company.

Good flooring, process issues around website and delivery.
Website was really helpful re amount of flooring required and showing the various colours in all sorts of settings.
But it was so slow, frequently I thought it had stopped working.
Delivery was good, but really should have let me know in advance when it was arriving. Delivery was very expensive, but came without to usual updates I would expect.

The shopping basket doesn’t show whether a sample is vinyl, laminate or wood. The photos in the brochure only show the product number not name so you have to keep checking back to the page listing all the colours.

Receiving the smaples made choosing the right one SUPER easy.
It was fantastic to be able to get actual samples. Our local distributor in Wangaratta could not provide any we were interested in. I had tried the virtual floor and that helped prioritise the 3 we were interested in. The only reason not 5 stars was the website was a bit clunky to use, and having the ability to have the third sample would have been helpful.
They have arrived today and have already identifiied the one we'll choose to install. Thank you
