Disappointing service, look elsewhere
Ordered a Birthday Flower Cake on 9/2 for 9/4 delivery. Besides the confirmation email, there wasn’t any communication on order status. Come deliver day I was checking the website and saw the ability to track my order. Everything showed order was scheduled so no problem I thought. Well come late afternoon I was getting anxious and kept checking the Track My Order status, still scheduled. Well later in check my email and see an email from around noon of delivery day that no florist has the arrangement I ordered and the florist notified Proflowers if I would be willing to switch to a different arrangement. No phone call, no text message, no notice till it was too late to do anything about it. The proflower call person did apologize but said my only option is to let the florist decide the arrangement, no input whatsoever on my part on how it looks or what flowers and that it wouldn’t be delivered till tomorrow. Sorry but that’s not acceptable. After I requested a refund I was offered 30% refund if I continued with the offer. I feel I should have been offered that up front for the inconvenience, not after I requested a refund. Refund was processed quickly. First and last time ordering from proflowers

Same day delivery... Or not.
Placed an order for same day delivery within the window. 4.5 hours later got a message that there would not be a same day delivery and my arrangement would be delivered the next day. Called customer service to request a full refund, had to raise my voice before the rep would do what I asked, just issue a full refund. Will never do business with this company again.

Terrible service
Terrible service. It’s unbelievable that you would play with people’s feelings like this. This service is supposed to be about delivering a gift to someone who is far away, and you couldn’t even do that. How disappointing. I wish I had gone with another company.
