All cards have the "Poster XXL" advertisement, the website, and presumably the order number printed on the back in the bottom left corner. It looks really awful! I wasn't aware that THAT would be printed on the wedding thank you cards. It's really ugly! Customer service says it can't be changed in the design program; it's the default. Other card printers/card suppliers offer this option, though! I'm really sad.

The delivery from our Picturebook was fast, but the quality of the pictures was very bad. The colors are very colorless and completely different to the original pictures.

The print quality is excellent, the prices are very fair, the packaging is excellent. What more could a customer expect?

I used to be a customer of Albelli and was very satisfied. There were reliable special offers, like a 120-page photo book for the price of a 28-page book twice a year. But since the takeover by Poster XXL, I find their marketing strategies very questionable. I clicked on an offer to get a layflat binding in a photo book for a very low price, which I found attractive. However, the production of the book took several weeks, and I was away in the meantime. When I finally ordered the book, I saw high costs for the layflat option that I didn't want to pay. I asked the hotline how to undo the layflat option. I was told that this wasn’t possible because I had created the book using a layflat software. I would have had to redo all the work. That was too exhausting for me. So, I placed the order. But I get annoyed every time I look at the book, knowing that I was steered toward this expensive photo book through a marketing trick.Ich war mal Kundin von Albelli und sehr zufrieden, es gab zuverlässige Sonderangebote wie ein Buch mit 120 Seiten für den Preis von 28 Seiten zweimal im Jahr. Aber seit der Übernahme durch Poster XXL finde die Marketingstrategien sehr fragwürdig. Ich hatte ein Angebot angeklickt, ganz günstig layflat-Bindung in einem Fotobuch zu erhalten. Das fand ich attraktiv. Aber das Herstellen des Buches dauerte einige Wochen, ich war zwischenzeitlich wieder verreist. Als ich das Buch schließlich bestellte, sah ich hohe Kosten für layflat, die ich nicht zahlen wollte. Ich fragte die Hotline, wie man die Option layflat wieder rückgängig machen kann. Mir wurde erklärt, dass das nicht ginge, weil ich auf einer layflat software das Buch hergestellt hatte. Ich hätte alle Arbeit noch einmal machen müssen. Das war mir zu anstrengend. Also bestellte ich. Aber ich ärgere mich jedesmal, wenn ich das Buch ansehe, dass ich durch den Werbetrick zu diesem teuren Fotobuch gesteuert wurde.

Ich wollte zur Standardbindung zurückkehren, aber die trickreiche Software hat das nicht zugelassen und mir das Geld für layflat abgezockt

I spent hundreds of euros on an order with the idea that the delivery was 3-8 days. It's now been weeks and I have no idea where my order is or what the status is. No more information when I contacted support, they have no idea what the status is either. Just generally super disappointed in this experience and I definitely won't be ordering from them anymore.

Ordered two products and had the following experience. (Greeting cards and small desk calendars.)

1. The quality of the products is horrible. Low resolution, incorrect image color.

2. Greeting card templates with non-removable Poster XXL watermarks and marketing logos.

3. Considerably marked up prices that only make sense to pay with a coupon that one need to get my signing up for newsletters etc.

I ordered a custom made calendar for 2025 using my own pictures.
The result exceeded my expectations. High quality easy to use website and very quick delivery. Reasonable prices too!

posterXXL switched their design software in summer 2024 - without any option to migrate projects from their former design software.
That left me and many others with unfinished, not yet ordered projects with many hours of work wasted. Customer service has no solution, not even responding.

Really disappointed, will definitely leave posterXXL now and will spread the word.

The quality of photobox large poster prints have taken a serious decline. What was once a reliable service, printed on actual Fujifilm photographic paper is now printed on cheap inkjet like paper. Prints that wont last. Colour inconsistencies on repeat orders that should be the same throughout. Appalling customer service. Its such a shame that this company that once gave 100% in quality is barley reaching 5% now.

I made two books , and slowly I started learn how to make them. But I like them, the quality of book is really nice.

Rebranding to PhotoXXL (from Photobox) is a total disaster with creation simply DELETED when moving from one platform to the other (and with no warning these would be deleted. Also, Customer Service totally incompetent with the transition, spent 2 hours in circle trying to get the email address from customer service with someone on the chat sending me a link where I was meant to click "email" but that person not understanding (rather refusing to understand) the link did not work and that every time you click on "email", it launched a new chat where the person to who you asked for the email address was sending you to the same dysfunctional link.... circle and circle and circle.

Let alone the fact that over the years the quality has dramatically decreased so will go for another service going forward.

The picture obviously is pruduced by mashines. No quality control! The motive was moved so far to the right, that parts are no more visible. That was not the photo I uploaded.

Extreme fast service and very high quality. I have ordered a big photo book just before Christmas 2023 and the book was delivered much earlier then expected. I expected it to arrive after Christmas. It arrived just before Chrsitmas and I was able to use it as a gift. Great job!
