Bad quality and colours
The quality of the pictures from this Website is very disappointing.
The colours are off, the pictures are not Sharp and generally the quality doesn't meet the Standard for the price.

Delivery was disastrous
Delivery was disastrous, waited two days at home and had to go to BRT place outside of Milan to get the product in time. More reliability on pixum side ore on brt side would be necessary to use pixum services again.

Good but please protect better the product
The product is really good. Unfortunately, it was not really well protected. During the delivery, the package got bent and so the photos have a sign on them.
To others, the emails from support customers can be marked as spam, check that folder!
EDIT: unfortunately the company's answer related to the shipment address, where they have been super efficient to change it. Instead my complain regards the parcel protection.

Good job!
On the whole, a very good experience. Quite user friendly the process to create the 'object'; price appropriate; confirmation and invoice immediate. Delivery just a bit late, but considering the festive period, it was fully acceptable.

I am so surprised by the quality and speed of delivery by PIXUM! I am so happy for this, was so much beyond my expectation, anyway, as long as I stay in Italy I will use PIXUM for my photography.

My product not yet delivered after 9…
My product not yet delivered after 9 working days! Customer center completely unhelpfull and pretentious.
I'm suffering economic damages since the product I ordered are document photos, so I cannot issue my documents.
Pixum doesn't care at all to resolve the situation.
Do not use this service!

Gentile Alberto, ci dispiace tantissmo che è rimasto insoddisfatto del nostro servizio di assistenza clienti. Il corriere infine, dopo degli imprevisti con la Sua spedizione , ha consegnato la merce con qualche giorno di ritardo. Di questo ci scusiamo ma sono delle situazioni che non riusciamo ad influenzare. In tali casi chiediamo alla gentile clientela di avere qualche altro giorno di pazienza. In ogni caso siamo pronti a fornire il codice di spedizione come anche a sollecitare il corriere in merito. Pertanto ci dispiace che la nostra risposta non sia stata abbastanza soddisfacente e rassicurante.
Siamo comunque sempre a Sua disposizione in caso ci volesse comunicare altro.
