Excellent Customer Service & Super Fast Shipping
I run a YouTube channel and it can be a challenge to acquire Neo Geo AES games because they go out of stock so quickly. Speaking with PixelHeart directly, they bent over backwards to make sure I had copies of the games I planned to review, and even offered discounts for bundle purchases which was super nice. They absolutely did not have to do that, and no one else does this. This was a truly wonderful surprise.
The biggest surprise has been just how quickly the games arrived. Normally with Neo Geo AES games they take a very long time to arrive, or they cost a fortune to ship, but the prices are lower than any other store for shipping.
Overall I have really enjoyed the experience and can't thank them enough for helping me! Thanks Philippe!
