Absolutely delighted — beautiful mirror and excellent service

I ordered this mirror as a last-minute replacement for a much more expensive one I had originally chosen for our newly renovated bathroom, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. In fact, I much prefer it!

The mirror itself is beautiful, feels very good quality and the backlighting looks stunning. It has completely finished off the bathroom and looks far more expensive than it was.

The service was excellent too — ordering was straightforward, delivery was very quick and I was particularly impressed by how exceptionally well packaged the mirror was. With something this fragile that really matters, and it arrived in perfect condition.

This was my first purchase from the company, but based on the quality, value and service I received, I would happily order from them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Great quality, so pleased with this item. Comes extremely well packaged, gives the impression that there is something twice the size inside. Not flimsy, has the weight of a quality item.

After two attempts to received an undamaged mirror, the 3rd occassion produced an amazing bathroom mirror which we are extremely pleased with.
It was easy to fit up and a pleasure to have in our home.

We bought a mirror a few months ago but unfortunately it developed a fault. We contacted customer support for advice and before we knew it a replacement was on its way. Absolutely amazing you rarely receive this level of service these days. Will be purchasing another mirror from this company.

Fantastic experience - great communication from Pebble Grey, product is excellent quality, perfectly packaged, quick delivery, and the product had clear instructions for installation (including a mini spirit level for easy fitting!!). Can’t fault them!!

Simple ordering process and product arrived within 24 hours. When it arrived, the box had considerable damage considering a mirror was inside, however there was no visible damage to the actual mirror surprisingly. Since installed, it looks great and is a feature in the bathroom

We ordered a heated LED bathroom mirror with a promise of next day delivery. When the item did not arrive I called Pebble Grey - and spoke to a real person in the Customer Service Dept... very old school - how much better to speak to a person that a bot! She immediately found that there had been a mix up with the courier, duly re-ordered another item which duly arrived the following day. Great Service!

Ordering was fine but whole experience let down by the choice of delivery firm. So don't feel able to place another order. Customer service was good as the item only got delivered after I had to complain.

The cabinet arrived on time and was in the best protective packaging I have ever seen. There were numerous fragile glass stickers on it but then when you opened the box it was like a Russian doll as you were then seeing yet another well packaged box before you finally got to the cabinet. Needless to say it arrived undamaged. It looks very smart and everything works. It has mirrors on every surface which looks classy. It’s quite heavy so you definitely need two to hang this. We are very pleased with it and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Pebble Grey again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I bought ceiling and side lights for a new bathroom. Matching set. Ceiling light was broken. they agreed to refund that but charged me to return the matching wall lights that were no use to me.
I returned the wall lights. my tracking shows the items returned on 31st July and I have yet to recieve a refund.

First mirror arrived in badly damaged packing. Photos taken and also of broken mirror. Was easily reported and second mirror sent immediately. This arrived safely. Great service, great product and looks wonderful on the wall.

I would be very careful about ordering anything from Pebble Grey. I ordered Kira pill shaped mirror.
The mirror I received is different to the one shown on the Pebble Grey website, a newer version apparently. Not good when the website shows a mirror that can be mounted horizontally and vertically, but you receive one that can only be mounted vertically. My request to return it has been rejected without any references to why the website images are different to the product they sent.
Check very carefully before ordering because the returns policy is not great and customer service isn't as helpful as it could be, you'll see that for yourself if you read reviews where problems have been encountered.
Personally I would not recommend them.

We went to order our mirror and it was out of stock. Pebble Grey said they would contact when it was in stock and they did. We ordered it and 2 days later it arrived. The service was excellent and the mirror looks very good on our wall.

The packaging was excellent and the downlights I bought look amazing now fitted. I have purchased 6 in total and couldnt be happier with how they look.

The 650 x 600 bathroom cabinet with LED lighting and shaver plug is good value, reasonably well made but some design elements are poorly thought out - it is a very heavy unit, I had to remove the front panels and door to be able to install it on my own. The power cable outlet is on the back and I had to drill the cabinet top to relocate power cable and make it usable. The shaver socket is too high on the side should be near the bottom of the cabinet to make more usable for shaver or electric toothbrush plug.
It looks good now fitted and working.

Good price paid for a quality heavy duty mirror, one of the only few we found online with hanging pieces included. Quick delivery, no issues, well packaged.

One cabinet came shattered inside (the inside door of it) but Pebble Grey customer service helped us immediately and sent us a new one within 24 hours so all good / 4 stars as it took a while to get everything sorted but all good now

Ordered a bathroom mirror,haven't installed it yet, but it looks fine.
The only issue was the delivery driver,although the box had fragile tape all over it,the box was damaged with the corner of the mirror poking out,the driver insisted it was OK and that he had been given the parcel in that condition.I refused the delivery until it opened and checked for damage in front of the driver,luckily it hadn't been damaged.
