Could we say 3.5 stars?
Upside:
These tubes are generally good. I'm a repeat customer, and like the craftsmanship enough to use them consistently for my business.
Downsides:
1. The caps of the limited edition paper tubes (4.2" x 4" with a window) are a great concept, but do not sit well on the tube. In order to use them and prevent them from popping up, I'll need to tape the entire circumference of the tube. This is annoying, but can easily be fixed by the company.
2. The shipping costs are prohibitive at this point. I'm not sure how to fix that, but it will mean that I'll be back to shopping for more affordable options once my stock is done.

I was locked out of reordering the same…
I was locked out of reordering the same items, even though I'm a regular customer. When I was able to place my order, I was asked to substitute because inventory wasn't accurate - and then when I received my order the substitution wasn't accurate. None of this was a real problem for me and I'm giving four stars because I've ordered many times before with no issues and because customer service is consistently excellent.
