My parcel was delivered to a pick-up point, but Padel Nuestro failed to provide the address despite multiple emails and a phone call. For more than a week, they kept giving vague replies instead of actually solving the problem. Because of their incompetence, I could not collect the parcel and it was returned.
This is not a delivery issue. This is a complete failure of customer service. They wasted my time, ignored a simple request, and showed absolutely no respect for the customer.
I ordered the same product from another store and received it within two days, without any problems.
Do not order from Padel Nuestro. Their service is unreliable, careless and completely unacceptable.

Poor service
Bought two rackets from Padel Nuestro, and both arrived with manufacturing defects.
Getting the issue resolved took over a month, and throughout the entire process, customer service showed little to no concern. Once they've got your money, it feels like you're on your own.
One purchase was made at their Porto store, and the other through their app (handled by Spain), yet the experience was equally disappointing in both cases. The lack of accountability and poor after-sales support seem to be part of their standard way of doing business.
I won't be buying from Padel Nuestro again, and I wouldn't recommend them if you expect decent customer service when something goes wrong.

Ordered 3 padel rackets and never received them. Been 4 weeks now and they even charge 90 euro for express delivery. Customer support non existent. Don’t try to save 30 euro on a racket and gamble loosing 1000 euro. Can see it’s one of the lowest rated webshops on trust pilot aswell

I never received the shoes, and got reimbursed in the end
I made an order on shoes. They deducted the pay for the shoes, but one month later I haven't received the order and when I log in it says that I have no order!
Update: After contacting them, they told me that the order had been cancelled, but they had forgotten to reimburse me. They transferred the funds within a few days after I took a hold of them

There was a problem with a shipment, but handled well but re-sending with a different carrier. Response by email is usually not the same day, but you'll get a response and when you call you get someone on the line.

Great service
I had a problem with the delivery, where the shipment didn't arrive, eventhough UPS confirmed the shipment as delivered.
It took some time to clear this up from UPS side, but the answer and service from Padel Nuestro was great.
We found a solution and I will for sure be using them again.
