I really can't recommend this company. We bought a table in November. It was delivered in January which was within the originally advertised timeframe. However, it was unusable due to a fault with the legs.
We asked for a solution, and after some back and forth they said they would send us another table.
I asked for regular updates and they kept saying 'it will be delivered this week or next week' for months and months. By late April I gave up hope and asked for a refund. They then decided they would need to pick the up the original table first before issuing a refund. Luckily this was undertaken and refunded within two weeks but I had to threaten to escalate it.
The reason for two stars instead of one is that they did reply promptly to my emails. But it was a whole heap of effort and time without a dining table for nothing. After I gave up, I ordered an alternative one with Woood and it was delivered the next day. I wish I'd used them in the first place.

De communicatie met dit bedrijf is niet maatwerkgericht. In het geval van een probleem annuleren ze gewoon de service in plaats van oplossingen te zoeken. Bespaar tijd en maak geen gebruik van hun service.

The communication is useless.

Two minutes later I called you and you already sent the driver back.
You canceled the delivery withut informing me. You just canceled, instead of solving the situation.
Nd then you blame me.
