Terrible customer service
Super rude, once they answered finally, havent resolved anything, and ignored my other emails, didnt refund for the wrong charge, and the $400 order was incomplete, which they didnt care about either. Do not use!

Our daughter is on the HA Combiotik Stage 2 now and she is absolutely thriving. We heard about HiPP through some friends because we were having major issues with American formula. Not only did she stop having issues but she’s not packing on the pounds like a traditional baby in the US. Our daughter started crawling a week after turning 6 months, standing up on her knees, and she started pulling herself to stand. I cannot speak more highly of a brand than I do with HiPP, if I could be a spokesperson in the US I would be! I recommend this brand to everyone and even our pediatrician is pleased with how our daughter is thriving. The cost is amazing and best of all free shipping and free products with large orders. We love HiPP!
