I ordered two dresses the material was awful quality not at all how it was advertised. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Little madame I will not be doing So again. I’d compare it to some of the dresses you see from SHEIN or Temu.

I ordered 2 different sizes just in case as all makes can differ. Yes I had the bigger of the 2. So maybe idea to go up a size than usual one. Pleased with the dress otherwise.

I just want to thank you for your amazing service; I have received the bag and it’s perfect for an upcoming occasion and many future ones too ♥.

I saw the dress I wanted to order but it said it was out of stock, it then offered a text when it was back in stock, which I agreed with.
A few days later telling me it was back in stock, which I ordered, waited 4 days and it arrived.I was thrilled that it looked just like picture on the website and was the correct colour. One very happy customer.

Terrible quality; it looks beautiful in the photos, but what you actually get is just a rag. On top of that, the tags have been resewn, as if the item had already been used.

Ordered this dress to wear to my 70th birthday party. It is gorgeous and I can’t wait to show it off.

Really happy with the customer service and the quality of my item! I had an issue with my dress, a fault which seemed to be completely random and a fluke but I got in touch and the response was very quick and very polite. My faulty dress was arranged for collection and a new dress was sent the next day for delivery. A very pleasant experience of what could have been very stressful. The quality of the dress is fantastic and a lovely soft material. Very happy, thank you ☺️

I ordered two dresses and a fascinator from little madam.
The quality of the dresses is amazing. Postage was quick and the company keep you updated about your order.
I had to return the dresses as I needed a different size but the returns process was simple and no issues with the refund.
I ordered the next size and it is perfect.
