Everyone at Lay-z-spa was very helpful and I have no complaints with them. However using Evri to deliver your products can be a let down due to the poor care they seem to take with parcels in my area.... See more

This is the second Paris Spa I bought. I use a pop up gazeboo with it to keep the steam in. This keep the temp of the water up well and the lights create a nice effect.
Good and sturdy.
No issues what so ever I've got a nice hot tub/gazebo setup that i bought about 2 months ago but last month thought it be great to purchase additional filter and chlorine holder/housing for easy switching.
Fast delivery… easy to assemble… takes a good hour and a bit of strength but no problem!!
The service is fine but the product is woeful. This is our second inflatable lid and both deflate quickly with no signs of damage, losing structural integrity of the lid. There is no solid foam/board option and there really needs to be.
The San Francisco spa is brilliant. We are enjoying using it. Wish we had bought one sooner.
sent something back on the 21st August and still havent been refunded for it and needed to pay for the return.
It's a good product (Maldives) with good aftersales care.
I had a problem with the inflatable cover on my Bahamas hot tub, it deflated over a couple of days and I tested it in water and found a small pinhole in one of the seams.
I contacted Lay Z Spa who replaced it promptly and without fuss for a replacement.
First of all, the delivery was late, but the worst was to come!
Return was scheduled item was not collected, rescheduled collection again it was not collected. Contacted Customer Services who arranged courier yet again courier failed to show and came two days later. It doesn’t end there……. 17 days later still haven’t received my refund. Have emailed and contacted via the telephone Customer Services half a dozen times no one seems to know what’s going on. Four weeks on from the initial start of the return, still waiting with no answers.
Terrible company to deal with! The only saving grace is that I used Klarna to purchase and they have suspended further payments.
Straight forward order process for Oslo hot tub, tracking was a little poor with the data only becoming available on the day of delivery so left us wondering for a couple of days if the shipment would arrive. Instructions not worth the paper they are printed on as they related only to an inflatable hot tub , but easy enough to work it out. Assembly very easy and good looking product.
Cover as per other Layzspa products is a major let down, uses an inflatable insert to retain heat which will likely not last well, but worse is the fact the lid seems to be designed to catch debris and rain to form a lake on top regardless of how the clips are tightened.
Summary good product let down by poor lid.
Again got a slow puncture felt ok for first few days then started to feel like it was going down now needs blowing up again I received it about a month ago so waited to see what happened before I gave a review
We have been Lay-Z-Spa customers for 15 years+, but never really treated ourselves to accessories. Moving house this year and buying a newer version of our old hot tub was a great reason to do so. Headrests, drinking glasses (stylish plastic), glass holders- we really 'splashed' out! Speedy delivery ensured that we had everything before our guests arrived. Highly recommend.
Company are great but the item is not built to last but hey jo it is what it is.

Was bought a lazy spa with jets, loved it til things went wrong, error 2 code on the pump, ask for videos which take time, then time to get back and ask for more videos or details, I see this as time wasting on your 2 year warranty, probably 3 weeks for replacement. Then happened again more videos and time wasting, that was replaced after 3-4 weeks. Now the bubbles have stopped half way and cut out, up to date it’s been 2 months, keep asking for videos, if you want information then you should have videos or pictures to make it quicker or you don’t to waste the warranty.
Very poor quality and over priced
What a great product nice and easy set up
And the pump inflated very quickly
And filling with water takes a lot longer obviously great temperature at around 35 degrees

This review is for the San Francisco spa I purchased this year. The actual spa is great but the cover and insert are poor to say the least. The inflatable insert in the cover is far too small and falls out of the inside of the cover every time you take it off and put it on. EVERY TIME! This is my 7th Lay Z Spa and the most expensive, I was expecting more from it than I got. I know that the cover is only one part and doesn’t affect the spa but it does mean that it starts and finishes with an annoying fight to remove and replace the cover. I would hope that Lay Z Spa look at this issue to see if an improvement could be made but in the real world I doubt it.
