Completely incompetent

Completely incompetent and likely deliberately deceitful. After months of chasing an order there was a email sent to me with my full and correct postal address with demands for more information. My response was always ignored when confirming it was correct. Now they have sent me an email saying it's ready to collect, in some random address in Canada! When in all their emails to me prior had my correct address in the UK. Avoid at all costs.

NEVER AGAIN

I bought a statue from them. After three months, it turned out to be lost. It takes days to get in touch with them—they take forever to reply. In the end, I requested a refund through PayPal; I even mentioned that I would buy another one from them, but they never answered. Stay away from this site.

Issue Resolved Successfully

My order unfortunately arrived with a damaged part, but Kaioland worked with the studio to resolve the issue. The process took some time, but they kept following my case until a replacement was sent. The replacement arrived safely, and everything is now perfect. I'm happy with the final outcome and appreciate their customer support and commitment to resolving the problem.

First resin figure ever - everything went fine!

After 10+ years of solely being an officially licensed figure collector, the Young Sephiroth figure by Chocobo Studio finally convinced me to get my hands on a resin figure.

I had no prior knowledge about how the business with resin figures works but after a lot of research, Kaioland was the most attractive resin shop to me due to customs and shipping already being included in the price.

Some negative reviews here had me a bit worried but in my case everything worked as it should!

The figure arrived after a bit less than 2 months with the local parcel delivery service (DHL in Germany in my case) after being shipped from China and was extremely carefully packaged. As promised, there were no further customs or shipping costs. Thanks to being able to track the ship the figure was on at all times I knew exactly when to expect my figure to arrive.

It even came with stickers on the box telling you to film the whole unboxing process in case you needed refunds or replacements for broken parts. I did so but luckily none of that was necessary because the figure arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy with it.

To me Kaioland is a very reliable resin figure shop and I will definitely purchase from them again.

Avoid this company if you expect proper…

Avoid this company if you expect proper customer service.

I paid hundreds of euros for a premium resin statue and even spent around €200 extra on express shipping because it was meant to be a very important birthday gift.

The statue arrived damaged. Instead of replacing a defective product, the seller refused both a replacement and a return. They offered only a very small compensation and expected me to find and arrange a repair myself.

I spent weeks exchanging emails, searching for repair specialists and dealing with this problem. I even had the statue repaired so I could still give it as a gift. The exact same part broke again shortly afterwards, proving that the proposed solution was not a real solution.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the statue is still being sold on their website, yet they claim they cannot provide a replacement for a customer who received a damaged item.

For a high-value collectible, this level of after-sales support is completely unacceptable. I paid for a new, undamaged statue, not for a damaged product that I was expected to repair myself.

I cannot recommend this company.

Stranamente stanno sparendo i feedback…

Stranamente stanno sparendo i feedback negativi.

Strangely, the negative feedback is disappearing.
I purchased a statue in April, received confirmation and was told they would ship it. Some time passed until June 18th, when, out of curiosity, I went to my orders to check the tracking and verify that I would receive it in July. I was surprised to find no tracking. I contacted them to find out why, and they replied... (For your order, we've just received a notification that the company doesn't offer after-sales service. If you accept this condition, we'll ship...)
I'm astonished by this response, after 10 years of collecting. They've had my money since April, and no one has contacted me to tell me anything about my order. We all know that 50% of the statues for sale on their site don't offer after-sales service, which often leaves a lot of people in the lurch.
I'm rightfully angry because it's not the first time I've had problems with them. Their solution to not having feedback or problems and the compensation of the statue, A BIG SHITTY FIGURE.

Be careful with this store

Be careful with this store. In 2024, I purchased three statues, but only two were delivered. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they offered me a coupon as compensation.
I used that coupon in 2026 to order a resin piece, which arrived in May 2026. Unfortunately, it came broken and the material quality was very poor. When I contacted customer support, they refused to take responsibility.

Kaioland was very reliable

I purchased the One Piece SS Studio Caesar Clown from Kaioland, which they had in stock. They had the best total price on the internet. Shipping took a few weeks. The statue arrived in its shipping box and was perfectly packaged. Kaioland added box corners to the shipping box. The statue arrived in perfect shape with no problems at all. Company was really great and I will use them again. Highly recommended!

Please be aware

Please be aware: Although the seller appears to be based in Spain, this is not the case. The payment is processed through an address located in a shopping center in Hong Kong. In the event of any issues, PayPal cannot be relied upon for support. Contrary to common assumptions, the transaction is not conducted with a Spanish intermediary, but directly with the Hong Kong entity.

Full refunds are not possible, as returns cannot be shipped back to the provided address. If you have even the slightest doubt about proceeding with a purchase, I strongly advise against it— for the sake of your finances and peace of mind. The risk is not worth the statue.

Furthermore, the product does not match the quality shown in the promotional images and exhibits numerous defects, even without accounting for more significant damage.

My sincere recommendation: refrain from purchasing and instead choose a reputable seller. There is no customer support available should the item arrive damaged or faulty.

We’re sorry that your experience has led you to leave this review, as several statements do not accurately reflect what happened.

Regarding PayPal and buyer protection
PayPal applies its own policies for buyer protection. Regardless of that, our team actively handled your case and offered multiple solutions — including responses during the weekend. This review was posted after requesting an immediate reply within a few hours, despite the issue already being under discussion.

Regarding refunds and returns
Refunds depend on the order status and the terms accepted at the time of purchase (such as pre-orders, items in production, or shipped items). In this case, several fair solutions were proposed in line with those terms, but they were declined.

Regarding product condition and quality
The item shipped was brand new, properly packaged, and left our facility in perfect condition. When any issue arises, our standard process is to review evidence and provide a solution through established channels. Support was offered here as well — the claim that there was “no customer service” is simply not accurate.
We have replied you in saturday and sunday, understanding the situation and providing fix solutions

We understand frustration when problems occur, but we always aim to act fairly, transparently, and within our policies. We remain available to continue assisting you directly if you wish to resolve this constructively.

SCAM. Everything is broken and there's no support.

I ordered two Dragon Ball statues. Unfortunately, both arrived broken. Goku's hair was broken off. And on the other statue, even hair, fingers, and parts of the base were broken! An accessory was completely missing – that's absolutely unacceptable! Besides that, the statues don't look like the product photos. You're paying for cheap fakes, unfortunately. I've read similar reports on social media. The seller still hasn't responded. I strongly advise everyone against ordering from them!

Be prepared to be played with if your order is damaged.

Sent countless emails and a year later I still haven’t received a replacement. They respond quickly enough, but it’s always the same delay excuse — “waiting for the supplier.” I get that this hobby takes time and things aren’t produced overnight, but at this point I just feel like I’ve been strung along. Every message ends with “we’ll get back to you as soon as possible,” and here we are almost a year later with the exact same response.

We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for replacement parts, especially when a product arrives damaged.

However, we’d like to clarify that our customer support has been consistently available and responsive — answering messages quickly and guiding the process in line with our terms and conditions, exactly as was done in your case.

When damage occurs, replacements must be manufactured by the studio itself, which can unfortunately take time in the collectibles industry. This is something we clearly explained throughout the process, as it is not an immediate warehouse swap but a production replacement.

While the waiting period can feel long, our goal has always been to fully resolve issues — either through replacement parts or, when applicable, refunds according to policy. We never ignore cases or abandon customers.

We truly appreciate patience during these processes and remain committed to seeing every case properly resolved.

Attention: no Service in case of problems

I regret to report that my experience with this store has been nothing short of disastrous. I ordered an Ace statue, only to discover that the shop does nothing more than act as a broker for unlicensed merchandise. Customers are required to pay the full amount upfront, with no safeguards or assurances in place. Due to the long production und delivery time you may even surpass the 1 year covering by PayPal (but even with PayPal you will loose money, see below).

The statue itself is manufactured somewhere in China and shipped by sea, which results in painfully long waiting times. In my case, the delivery took nearly three months. During such an extended period, countless risks arise, and unsurprisingly, the product arrived in appalling condition. Approximately 90% of the statue was damaged: multiple fractures, chipped sections, and glaring paint defects.

It appears that a so‑called quality inspection was conducted; however, all fractures and damages were already present prior to shipment. In one instance, the manufacturer even attempted to conceal the defect, while in another case a magnet was missing entirely and was not included in the packaging—indicating that it must have been absent even after the supposed inspection. In my view, the item was knowingly dispatched despite these obvious flaws.

When I sought assistance, the customer service was equally unacceptable. For over a month, I received no meaningful response regarding replacement or refund. The only vague suggestion was that perhaps the head could be replaced, despite the fact that the statue was still available in stock. To make matters worse, any return must be shipped back to Hong Kong at the buyer’s expense, which is both impractical and unfair.

This business model is fundamentally exploitative. The shop contributes nothing beyond pocketing profits while leaving customers stranded. They are entirely unwilling to compromise, offering zero support and showing no interest beyond their own financial gain.

My advice is clear: avoid these black‑market temptations and purchase licensed products from official manufacturers. While the unlicensed statues may appear attractive, the risks are enormous. If problems arise, you will lose substantial amounts of money and receive no assistance whatsoever. I am now forced to escalate the matter with PayPal and my legal counsel to determine whether the sale of such unlicensed products in Europe is even permissible.

I am writing this review to warn other…

I am writing this review to warn other collectors about this company's unacceptable policy for handling damaged goods.

I purchased a figure from them, and it arrived with a broken piece. After I contacted customer service, they did send a replacement part, but their solution was highly unprofessional. They expected me to perform the repair myself, which involved removing the old factory glue residue and then using my own glue to attach the new piece.

For the price of a collectible figure, I expected a replacement of the entire unit or a full refund not to be turned into an unpaid repair technician. This is not a standard or acceptable practice for a damaged product.

Furthermore, the entire process was drawn out over a very long time due to slow shipping and back and forth communication. This delay is a critical point for buyers to be aware of by the time their inadequate "solution" was fully presented, the 180-day PayPal buyer protection period had expired, leaving me with no recourse through that channel.

In summary:
They ship a damaged product.
Their solution is to make you, the customer, perform the repair.
The slow process can run out the clock on your payment protection.

I cannot recommend this company to any serious collector. If you receive a damaged item, be prepared for a fight to get a proper resolution, and be very mindful of the time limits on your payment protection.

Update after company response:

The only thing misleading here is your last paragraph “…,not to leave customers without support”, your support has consisted solely of over simplified instructions that ignore the actual problem, followed by this misleading public reply.

In every email and even in your response here you completely ignored the bumpy glue residue which needs to be carefully removed from the figure first, before you can glue anything back on. Removing glue residue is arguably the hardest part and requires knowledge, research or experience and most likely equipment you might not even have.

Saying the piece was only detached is a straight up lie, it was clearly damaged which you also acknowledged by sending a replacement piece.

You also mention “simply placing the replacement piece”, it was glued on and needs to be glued on “simply placing” isn’t going to fix anything.

I was also never against repairing it, I was only against doing so for free, that’s why I requested a partial refund, but the only thing I got from you was disappointment.

We’d like to clarify several important points about this situation, as the way it’s presented in this review is misleading.

The piece in question was not broken, but had become detached during transportation, which is unfortunately something that can happen with resin collectibles despite careful packaging. For this reason, the studio provided a brand new replacement part, which was sent to you as requested.

Attaching a detached resin piece is a very common and simple process in the collectibles industry and does not involve structural repair. No complex fixing was ever requested — simply placing the replacement piece, exactly as many studios themselves recommend for transit separations.

Regarding timing, replacement parts must be produced by the studio and shipped internationally, which naturally takes longer than a local warehouse exchange. This was explained clearly throughout the process, and communication was maintained.

We did our best to help you getting the piece you got broken, but we can't send the entire body because you refuse to put the piece inside of the body...

Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and in line with industry standards, not to leave customers without support — and that is exactly what was done in this case as you confirmed. We are glad to help you if you need something else
